Chapter 21: Out

The next morning The Mikaelson siblings have a sibling meeting so that Katrina can tell the rest of her siblings about her and Hayley.

Once everyone is sat down Katrina takes a deep breath " I have something important to tell you all...well Kol and Elijah, since the rest of you know".

Katrina shakes her head and looks at her siblings, "Me and Hayley are...together...like romantically...we're dating" she says her voice a little nervous about how Kol and Elijah will react.

Kol claps his hands together "Well, about damn time!" Kol exclaims, Elijah just smiles in a way that says "I've known this whole time".

Katrina looks at her brothers, "Your both not..mad?" She asked confused, "No of course not! We couldn't be mad at you for being in love, darling" Elijah says softly.

Katrina cringes at Elijah calling her "darling" but doesn't say anything about that.

"One more thing" Katrina says "If any of you, attempt to hurt Hayley I will rip your organs out and feed them to the birds" Katrina's voice has gone serious, everyone just nods.

"Good that that's settled then" Katrina says her tone tone soft again.

A few days later

Hayley and Katrina are in the kitchen, Katrina is watching Hayley cook dinner for Hope.

Katrina stands next to Hayley, "Are you sure there's nothing I can do?" Katrina asks, Hayley puts the cooking spoon down "You can sit down and look pretty" Hayley says teasingly.

Katrina blushes a little and sits down on the stool, Hayley picks up the cooking spoon again and continues stirring the pasta.

When Hayley finishes she calls Hope down for dinner, Hope sits on the stool next to Katrina and starts eating.

"If you and mommy are together, does that mean your going to get married?" Hope asks Katrina in a sweet voice.

Katrina chuckles softly, and leans closer to Hope "Maybe one day", Hayley overhears this and smiles.

"If you and mommy get married what does that make me?" Hope asks, Katrina thinks for a moment "A little princess" Katrina says shrugging her shoulders.

Hope smiles and goes back to eating, Hayley smiles at how good Katrina is with kids, no one would've expected it since she's supposed to be the most feared and powerful being in existence.

Katrina thinks for a moment "Are you excited for your first ever day of school tomorrow, littlest wolf?" Katrina asks Hope, Hope nods eagerly.

Katrina looks at Hayley "She's excited to learn...must've gotten it from the Marshall in her and not the Mikaelson" Hayley laughs at Katrina's comment.

She walks over and kisses Hopes cheek and sits down on the other stool, "I'm sure you'll make lots of friends....she'd get that from the Marshall in her too, you Mikaelsons aren't that likeable" she teases Katrina.

Katrina rolls her eyes "Well you like me plenty" she teases back, Hope smiles at the sight of her aunt and mother.

"Do you have any friends?" Hope asks Katrina, Katrina nods "Yeah...I have a lot of old friends", Hayley raises her eyebrows.

"Really? You have friends other than me and Cami?" Hayley asks teasing but also a little bit surprised, Katrina nods.

Hayley turns her attention back to Hope, "Well why don't we watch one of your cartoons after dinner and then head to bed?" Hope nods and continues eating.

Katrina notices how quiet it is "It's awfully quiet..." Katrina uses her superhearing to listen for her siblings, they're all in the study chatting about herbs and what not.

Hope finishes eating and Katrina washes the plate and fork, Her, Hayley and Hope sit on the couch and Hope picks a cartoon.

They all sit there and watch it together, Hope falls asleep on Hayley's lap, Hayley smiles and nudges Katrina, so Katrina can see for herself.

Katrina smiles as well, Hayley gestures that they should take Hope too bed, which is what they do.

Once they both get downstairs, Hayley gets an idea "Have you ever watched 'Twilight'" she asks Katrina with a smirk.

Katrina shakes her head, Hayley giggle and sits Katrina down on the couch, Hayley puts the twilight dvd in and turns the movie on.

Katrina seems to be getting frustrated and confused at the movie.

"Vampires don't sparkle in the sun!" Katrina exclaims, Hayley laughs "What? I'm being serious, you know we don't sparkle in the sun....although I'm a Mikaelson, I sparkle all the time" Katrina says the last bit smugly.

Hayley laughs harder and hits Katrina arm playfully, before calming down and going back to watching the movie.

By the end of the movie, Hayley notices Katrina has fallen asleep on her and smiles, she picks Katrina up bridal style and puts her in bed.

She kisses Katrina's forehead and cuddles in bed next to her for the rest of the night.
