Well, the games went well at school with our team but unfortunately we did not reach the finals. At least we had a good game. It's back to reality again. School became boring as it could ever be. It was a noisy lunch break as it used to be.

" Janssen dude." Carlo said passing me the basketball

"WOAH!" I just uttered. Fortunately I caught it

Laurena and Coleen were just sharing headsets and Laurena seemed a bit stressed out despite the fact that its only the first weeks of school. I could really tell she's stressed out. Our teachers madeher do a lot of things because of her officership. Student president of the performing arts group, in the choir too, in the classroom and in the English club. SERIOUSLY? I believe I would not have the ability to cope with that stress level. Then I don't know what came into their minds and started playing baseball with a ping pong paddle. Then..

" AWW!" Laurena suddenly just uttered as the ping pong paddle flew in the air and hit Laurena's back

" Uh-oh.." Some uttered that they think chaos is next

" Sorry..." The boys said in a joking manner

She just suddenly hid her face with her arms...

" Guys.." The ladies in the room said to let them stop

" I said sorry already..." One of the boys said approaching her

" Are you ok?" He asks Laurena

She didn't say a word.

" She's not saying anything.." He said

" Its up to you.." They said teasing him for what he did

Well, that's what he gets for being reckless. Ugh. That's gonna hurt knowing that its made with rubber and wood. Ouch.. Well, they try to comfort Laurena but she still is not saying a word.. I JUST CANT KEEP CALM AND NOT GO CLOSE TO HER.

" GO Janssen." They cheered me kiddingly

" Hey.." I try to let her speak..

" Ena.." I called her the second time

" Where was she hit?" I asked Coleen

" Here.. At her back." Coleen told me as she pointed it to me

Coleen went out for a while. Then I sat beside her rubbing the part that got hit.

" It's going to be ok. Sorry.. Please.." I tried to comfort her

I don't know what came into my mind but.. I suddenly had the gutts to hug her tight from the back. What has got into me.

" Sorry. Are you feeling better somehow?" I ask her

She didn't make a sound

" ONCE THIS GIRL CRIES, YOU ALL ARE GONNA FACE ME!" I shouted at the top of my voice to let them all feel guilty.

But DARN! The bell rang already leading everyone back to the room. Our subject then was Math. We had a something like a check-up quiz . Laurena tries to smile it out even if it her back still hurts. Then like I do not know what got into me when all of a sudden

" Want a bet?" Laurena asked me

" This one?" I asked her if she was talking about the check up quiz

" If you get a higher score?" I ask her

" Well.. Maybe.. I'll still think of it.. If you win?" She asked me

" Uhmm.. One Chuckie?" I requested

" SERIOUSLY?" She uttered in shock

"I'm serious." I told her with a smile
