Darren's POV

It's Laurena's audition day. I know she feels nervous but I told her no matter what happens we will all be so proud of her. No wonder she got that love of classical music from her mom. I am having my morning cup of coffee feeling uneasy. I don't know why but.. I am the one who is nervous for her. I know she would shine because I know to myself she is one of the best but.. I watch TV and it features our very first TV Commercial as a family. She was so little then but look at her now, she has grown up to a very beautiful lady inside and out. To remove my uneasiness, I went up to her room. She was still sleeping. I went to her. Stayed by her side. Just staring at her. She really resembled her mom so much..

" Dad.." She uttered waking up in a sudden

' Sorry sweetheart, I didn't mean to.." I apologized immediately

" It's OK dad... TODAY IS THE DAY!" She suddenly remembered

" That was a quick change in mood." I told myself

" Pray for the best daddy." She told me

" You know I always will. Look, it's me who's going to accompany you to your audition today." I told her

" Mom ?" She asked me

" She has some work to do at the studio." I told her

" Again?" She asked me

" Your mom has a lot of projects lately and you know that. You can join me visit her in the set after all of this." I just said to cheer her up

" OK then." She gave me a hug

" It's still early. You could rest some more." I told her

" I can't anymore! You boosted me up too early." She laughed

" I believe that would help you for today." I told her

" I'll go down in a few minutes dad." She told me

" Ok. I would wait for you downstairs then." I said moving out and... getting my notebook from her side table near her bed

I went down. I turned it to the page. That page when we were in Manila. Nostalgia. I would always want that to happen again. Being shipped together as the young Domino Couple and leaving her parents clueless. Everything was pure happiness. Laurena's audition later would be something very serious as MiDo's Pianista Olympics.

" OOOHHH! Could I see?" Laurena pops out of nowhere all of a sudden

" Now you caught me there." I said

" That's mom and.. you." She showed me that mischievous grin

" Your Mom's PIanista Olympics." I told her

" Pianista Olympics??? You mean... the one hosted by UST?" She said in shock

" Yes . why?" I asked

" That is one of the most privileged piano competitions in the country and hosted by the best conservatory HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES!" She freaked out

" Your mom was that amazing." I told her

" And that's why you fell in love with her?" She asked me still with that mischievous smile

"Nah. I fell in love with your mom because she is who she is. " I told her

" But.. dad... look. Champion. That is something you don't see everyday." She told me
