Official Best Friends

Weeks have passed by and Janssen and I became more close. We did a lot of work as officers in the classroom. This week, we have to decorate the room since there would be a competition for the best decorated classroom. So like, we were only five to work it all out for a whole day and we decided to do it on a Saturday so that we are in control and no one could disturb us. I woke up like 6 in the morning.. A little bit later than my usual wake up time..

" Morning.." I uttered as I saw a lot of art materials on the kitchen table

" Morning sweetheart." My mom said with a big smile

" How did you..." I was about to finish my sentence but obviously.. I didn't

" You told me you were to decorate your room and I knew you would need a lot of these." My mom told me

" You're the best mom!" I said giving her a hug

" Eat breakfast first." Mom told me

" Morning sweetheart!" My dad gave me a hug from my back

" Morning dad!" I said with a big smile

" Would you be going out today?" My dad asked me

" Yes dad. I'll be going to school today." I told my dad

" I'll drive you today." Dad said all of a sudden

" YEHEY!" I rejoiced

" Get changed already. " My mom reminded me

So I did. I was too happy that I managed to sing in the shower

Can't believe that it's been that long

We took a selfie and closed our eyes

Something about it got me mesmerized.." I just sang

" NOT TOO LOUD MY LITTLE GIRLFRIEND!" I heard my dad

" Sorry dad." I said

So like I was too happy to get all the materials mom gave me .. and I realized

" Mom, you misplaced some band aids here.." I told her

" I really placed those there.." Mom told me

" Why?" I was left puzzled

" You might have a paper cut all of a sudden .. who knows.." My mom told me

" SWEETHEART! You might be late.." Dad said beeping from the car

" See you later mom." I said grabbing all those stuff

So dad drove me to school and we were just singing in the car and finally we were at school. He even helped me carry some stuff to the room. After that, I gave my dad a goodbye kiss then dad went off. So we just did some of that stuff to some music and we were pacing fast. We prepared everything ever since and all that we have to do is to have the final touches and place everything in place and clean up. Everyone was doing fine until..

" AWW!" I just uttered realizing that the thumbtacks made my ring finger bleed

" Are you ok?" Janssen uttered all of a sudden

" Not really.." I told him

" Don't show that to me!" He said all of a sudden

" What's up?" I asked

" Just don't.."He told me

" Could you just get me some band aid in the bag?" I requested him

" Sure.." He said doing things quickly

" Thanks." I said as he reached it to me

I got it. He was  or scared of blood. Anyways, we did a great job at the end of the day. Then dad was the one who picked me up. Then everything was normal. When we came home

" Hi mom.." I said giving her a hug

" How was your day?" My mom asked me

I just showed her a picture of the room

" See. I told you the band aids will be needed. Paper cut?" My mom asked

" No.. I pricked me finger too hard." I said with a nervous giggle

I saw my dad and mom showing each other weird smiles that is creeping me out actually.

" Mom.." I just uttered

" Coz that happened to me too.." My mom said

" How?" I asked

" The same thing.. I treated your mom with the band aid.." Dad came in all of a sudden

YIEEEE! Anyways.. The weekend passed by and Monday came. The judges came one by one to judge the room. Every time a judge would come in, I feel to nervous about what they could say

" Are you ok?" Janssen said tapping my back

" Yeah.." I fake a smile

" They'll love it." He tried to calm me down

So the day ended quickly, and the next day came quickly too. As I came to school, Janssen was already there..

" Early today huh?" I said as I saw him and he was the only person in the room. The first person actually.

" Something wrong?" He told me

" Nothin.." I said as I sat down and looked at the room

" Don't overthink about it. I swear. " He told me

" Ok fine.." I just said

" Could I ask you something..?" He told me

" Anythin" I told him

" We've been close already for the pass few days.." He cut there

" And?" I ask him to continue

" So we're like bestfriends?" He asked me

" Since the beginning." I uttered
