NO ONE'S POV
Hanni admits that looking at Minji's eyes were quite intimidating yet sexy. Minji has this charisma and sex appeal wherein no one expects from someone who is known for being extremely introverted.
Hanni frowns as she was frustrated how Minji takes long to reply, "Minji." Hanni called
Minji sat with an air of unfazed determination, looking at Hanni. "I won't help you with your accounting qualifications exam," Minji stated bluntly, her tone doesn't show of any sympathy. "I won't benefit from it anyway."
Hanni's face fell, her expectations dashed. She wasn't ready to give up just yet. "Minji," she said, taking a seat next to Minji. "Tell me what you want in return. I'll do whatever it takes."
Minji smirked, however, remained steadfast in her decision. "I've made up my mind, Hanni. Find someone else to teach you. And besides, You can't and surely you won't agree in my terms" she said smirking. Her words expresses double meaning and Hanni is frustrated about it.
Desperation seeped into Hanni as she tried one last time, "Minji, there must be something you desire. Just name it, and I'll make it happen." She said determined
Minji hesitated for a fleeting moment, It's impossible for Hanni to agree with her terms anyway and also it was too risky for her to say it to Hanni who's a social person, so she shook her head refusingly. "I don't want to be around popular and social people. I'm better off alone."
With that, Minji bid Hanni farewell and rose from her chair. She reached into her pocket, taking out a 50,000 won bill, and placed it on the table. "I'll cover the drinks," she said coldly. Before Hanni could object, Minji had already made her exit, leaving her alone in the cafe, contemplating her options.
"Damn.. how rich was she? She just left 50k won like it's just a penny" Hanni said then sighed

As Hanni returned to the university and recounted the encounter to her friends, Danielle couldn't help but laugh, playfully nudging her pouting friend, Danielle. "Who would've thought Minji would reject you so coldly?" Danielle said laughing
Hanni groaned in frustration, her shoulders slumping. "I know, right? I didn't expect that at all. When I looked at her face, I suddenly felt intimidated."
Danielle, the more practical of the trio, leaned in and whispered, "Maybe we should approach Minji differently. Appeal to her sense of friendship instead of trying to strike a deal."
"She rejected my friendship and deal, right? But she mentions this term but I don't know what it was. She said I wouldn't agree to it anyway." Hanni said pouting
"Maybe she's on for a deal? She just wasn't sure of it" Hyein said
"What about you try to know what terms she mentioned then ask her again for a deal?" Danielle suggested smiling
"OR?!" Hyein loudly said making the two latter jerk
"Or what, Hyein?" Hannk asked frowning
"Blackmail her." Hyein said smirking
"Girl, that sounds illegal." Hanni said laughing
"Your suggestion will only make Minji hate Hanni instead of making her fall for Hanni" Danielle said laughing
"Oh damn.." Hyein said as she realized what she just suggested
"Just often show yourself to her. Do the typical 'oh we met in coincidence again, this must be fate' love situation" Danielle suggested chuckling
Hanni nodded, a glimmer of hope rekindled in her eyes. "You're right, Dani. I'll give it that a shot."

Hanni stood waiting at the school gate, her arms straining under the weight of the books she had borrowed from the library. "When is Minji coming? These books are starting to hurt my arm." She impatiently said to herself
After a few minutes, the distinct roar of an engine caught her attention. She turned and her eyes widened in surprise. A black Kawasaki Ninja H2R pulled up, and there, on top of that, was Minji. Hanni immediately recognized those intimidating Round eyes. Hanni couldn't help but say on her mind 'Damn, Minji's rich as hell but she didn't look like one or feel like a rich gal. Not because I'm saying that she look cheap but her style is just too simple. I often noticed she often wears a oversized shirt then cargo pants along with her usual black cap with her initials on it'
She swiftly ran toward the university's entrance, peeking around the corner to spot Minji. Finally spotting her from a distance, Hanni began to walk towards her, stimulating preoccupation as she pretended to look down at her shoes. Then, with a sly grin, she purposely bumped into Minji, causing her books to tumble to the ground.
Minji sighed, clearly unimpressed by Hanni's antics. She didn't offer a greeting and instead gave Hanni the cold shoulder. Despite Hanni's attempts
"Oh. Sorry, I didn't see you there." Hanni said smiling but Minji lowered her head and didn't greet the girl.
Minji remained silent, her expression aloof. However, she couldn't ignore the scattered books, and she reluctantly helped Hanni gather them from the ground.
"Hey, how about we hangout later?" Hanni asked as she purposely held Minji's hand when Minji took the last book off the ground.
Hanni mumbled a grateful "Thank you." as Minji she put the last book on top of the other books.
However, Hanni was surprised when Minji questioned her, "Did you do that on purpose?"
Startled by the accusation, Hanni stammered, "No, Minji, I didn't do it on purpose."
Minji's voice remained stern as she pointed to the random books in Hanni's hands-a medicine book and an animal book. "It's early in the morning, classes haven't started yet, and you managed to borrow random books from the library that have nothing to do with your accounting course." She was unimpressed.
Hanni's face flushed crimson red with embarrassment, feeling foolish for her impulsive choices. She cursed herself silently.
Minji's tone was unfazed as she delivered the final blow, "My answer is still no."
Hanni couldn't let it end like this. She gathered her courage and took a deep breath. "Minji, can't we at least be friends? Honestly, I-i actually find you attractive." she lied, her voice trembling with hope at least.
Minji, however, simply shook her head, her expression unchanged. Without a word, she turned and walked away, leaving Hanni standing there, feeling a mix of embarassment, disappointment and regret.
It seemed that Minji's cold, unyielding demeanor was going to be a demanding challenge to overcome in her dare. Hanni is frustrated because she's been making an effort and yet it doesn't seem to affect Minji. She looked back at Minji walking away.
She saw Minji running towards a girl.
Minji saw a familiar face in the distance. It's her best friend, Haerin. Excitement welled up within her, and she called out to Haerin with enthusiasm. "Haerin!"Haerin, who had been lost in her own thoughts, turned to see Minji and her face instantly lit up with a bright, genuine smile. "Minji!" She greeted happily then gave Minji a tight hug.
Meanwhile, Hanni, observes the exchange between Minji and Haerin, Hanni couldn't help but feel a bit of curiosity and perhaps a touch of envy. She muttered Haerin's name softly under her breath, wondering about the friendship that seemed to exist between them.
Hanni frowned, "Haerin.. Does Minji like that girl?" She asked herself muttering
As Minji and Haerin walked away together with smiling faces. Hanni was left with her thoughts, pondering the dynamics of their relationship.
