Leslie felt the whole world slow around her as she stiffened. Shit! Shit! Shit!, she began to think as she watched Kara seize on the ground near the wall. What the hell do I do? Leslie felt a lump form in her throat as she just stood there in a trance. Come on! You've got to help her! You can't just stand there. Do something! Now! Leslie swallowed the lump in her throat before running across the room, toward Kara and jumping over a toy Tomi had left out.

Leslie crashed down onto her knees right by Kara, not sure what to do. Come on, come on, her mind yelled at her. Think of something. Anything! Her hands trembled. What do you do for someone who's having a seizure? Leslie looked around, thinking to herself. You always move them away from a wall… That's what. The last thing Kara needs is for her to hit her already-broken skull against the wall. The witch rubbed her hands together for a moment. “Okay…” She began. “...just move her,” Leslie whispered to herself. “Simple. …Definitely no pressure here…” You can do this. You can, Leslie tried to tell herself.

Leslie took a deep breath before sliding her hands gently under Kara's back. Here goes nothing, she thought to herself. Leslie took a deep breath as she slowly moved Kara always from the wall to a more open area. She gently laid the demon down. There we go. That's better, she thought to herself.

Move away any objects, Leslie thought to herself. We don't need Kara getting anymore hurt than she already is. Leslie's red eyes scanned the general area. “Ah-ha,” she whispered to herself before moving some of Tomi's toys out of the way before looking at Kara once more, trying her hardest not to panic.

Kara's body continued to convulse as her eyes rolled backward a bit. Her leg moved violently, almost making a kicking like motion to the air.

Leslie knew if Mycah had been there, he would've said something like, “But why are you kicking the air? What did it ever do to you?”

“No, no, no,” Leslie began to whisper to herself, terror edging her voice. “You can do it. Fight it, Kara.” Leslie moved herself closer to Kara. “You're stronger than this. Come on. Fight it.”

Kara continued to remain silent as she violently shook, drool dripping down her chin.

“Kara! Please!” Leslie's voice grew a little bit more desperate now. “Please do this for Greyson… Your son needs you, you know.”

Kara still shook heavily, her hands clenched into fists involuntarily.

Leslie once more gently reached under Kara's back and lifted her onto her lap, thinking that she should be as close to the seizing demon as she could. Come on. Come on! “I mean, what would he do without you?”

As Kara continued to violently move, she whimpered lightly.

Leslie tensed a little, feeling her heart break for Kara upon hearing her terrified little whimper. Shit. She really is hurting right now, isn't she?, Leslie thought to herself. Oh gods. Please let Kara be okay.

Kara continued to whimper as she aggressively shook, more and more drool escaping her lips.

“It's okay… It's okay,” Leslie tried to reassure Kara as she kept a gentle but protective hold on her. “You're okay, Kara. I've got you. I promise. I won't let go.” Her voice became even more gentle than before. “...and I won't leave you alone until I know you're okay. Got it, Kara? I'm not leaving your side. I promise that to you.”

Despite their rocky start, Leslie did think that Kara was a whole hell of a lot better than Ignat—-even if Kara resented Leslie for the fact her little brother had been kidnapped by witches.
