"Woah!" I gasped as I stepped through the portal, getting a good look at our surroundings. "I don't think this is your world anymore."

"I was just about to say the same thing," Lukas agreed. "Because I don't remember having carnivorous plants back where we come from."

I turned to see what he was talking about. The poppies had sharp teeth like Venus flytraps. Lukas sidestepped one of them just as they tried to nibble at his heels.

"Enderlord can't have gotten far," I decided. "Come on, let's get moving. The faster we find him, the faster we can get out of here and we can all get home."

"Right," Jesse agreed.

He and the others started following after me as I led us into the foggy forest just ahead. The fog was so bad, I could barely make out the sickly grey trees covered in vines and dying leaves in the blocks surrounding me. I squinted forward with every step, trying to avoid running into anything or anyone else in the group.

The sound of someone running across the dirt to my left caught my attention. I turned my head in that direction but I couldn't see anything there through the fog.

"That wasn't any of you guys running just now, was it?" I called to everyone, whom I hoped were all still behind me.

"Uhh, no," Came Lukas's response.

"That's... odd..." I began. "Mobs can't run, can they?"

"No..." Soren told me. "Well, hostile mobs can't, and even the non-hostile ones won't run unless struck first."

"What about baby zombies?" I recalled.

"Ugh, baby zombies are the worst!" Petra complained. "They're so tiny and so fast, and you rarely ever see them coming!"

"Unless you're looking for them," I pointed out. "Keep your gaze low everyone. Be on the lookout for baby zombies."

Everyone nodded and started staring down at the ground in front of them and all around them, carefully stepping forward.

"What was that?" Olivia gasped, pointing, after a few seconds passed.

I could barely make out the shape of another figure in the distance before it disappeared behind one of the trees.

"That... That couldn't have been Enderlord, could it?" Jesse wondered.

"No, it was too short," I replied. "Maybe it's just...someone who lives here in this forest? Yeah. As long as we stay out of their way, hopefully they won't harm us. Now, come on. The faster we find Enderlord, the faster we can get out of this creepy place."

Everyone nodded silently, continuing to glance around, remaining alert as we carried on through the foggy forest.

"What's that?" Soren wondered as some floating blocks came into view off to our right.
