"Ack!" Soren ducked as a splash potion flew passed his head, exploding as it collided with a nearby tree.

"Careful!" I warned him, swerving to avoid the particles. "Looks like we're going to have to go up and over. This way, everyone!"

As we neared the mountain, I leapt up, grabbing onto the ledge and starting to climb it, weaving my way through finding one block gaps to easily step up to, and winding through, dodging splash potions as they were thrown.

"Woah!" A cry came from the back of the group.

I whipped around to see what was going on. Soren had lost his footing, and was starting to fall over backwards.

"Go, go, go!" I urged Jesse and the others, turning to run back down to Soren's rescue. "We'll be right behind you!"

Jesse nodded and he and the rest of the gang carried on up the mountain, while I dashed back just in time to grab Soren before he would've fallen and been easy pickings for the witches down below, who were struggling to follow us.

"Gotcha!" I assured him, using all my strength to help him regain his balance, pulling him up onto the block next to me. "Now, come on, we have to keep moving. We'll take a break once we're on the other side of the mountain, but right now, we need to put as much distance between us and those witches as possible."

Soren nodded silently. I gave him a moment to catch his breath before we started racing up the mountain again, treading a bit more carefully this time. I didn't slow down as we reached the top, and headed a few blocks down, just so my head wouldn't be seen, urging Soren to do the same.

"Woah!" I gasped, stopping myself short just before I would have collided with Axel, which would have sent him flying forward into Lukas, and I don't think he would have liked that.

I glanced around, noticing it wasn't just them. Everyone was here, near the top of the mountain, waiting for Soren and me, presumably.

"Thanks for waiting for us, guys," I thanked them. "I think we lost them."

Jesse nodded silently. Soren and I took a short while to rest, and then we headed the rest of the way down the mountain all together. As we started down the mountain, a strange scene unfolded in the valley below us. There was a town there, half on fire, half frozen.

"Woah, what happened here?" Petra wondered aloud.

"Whatever it is, it does not look good," Lukas noted.

We cautiously made our way down the mountain, entering the village.

"RUN!" A person shouted as they saw us, racing up to us with wide eyes, stopping in front of us. "Save yourselves!"

"Woah, woah, calm down," I urged her.

"What happened here?" Jesse asked.

"The two dragon siblings from legend, Flarerod and Glacia have been tormenting this town for years now, burning some of our houses and trapping the rest in cases of ice!" The villager woman wailed. "It's not safe for you here! Run, before they strike again!"

"We can't just leave them like this," I decided, turning to Jesse for support on this.

"Ashlee's right," Jesse agreed. "We have to help these people."

"You wish to try to free us from the dragons reign of terror?" The woman gasped. "That is a fool's mission."

"It may be, but that won't stop us from trying, right gang?" I asked them.

Most of them nodded in agreement.

"Alright, then it's settled," I began. "Where do these dragons dwell?"
