"Do you think our stuff is in here?" I wondered aloud.
"Let's take a look," Jesse decided, opening one of the chests and sifting through its contents.
I opened up another one of the chests to find my enchanted diamond sword.
"Well, I got my sword," I announced.
"Miss Butter!" Petra smiled as she pulled her sword out of another one of the chests.
"I call my sword the Frostbiter," I explained, though I actually just came up with the name on the spot.
"Sweet," Petra complimented me. "I think it suits you."
Ivor had gotten his potions back, and Jesse had gotten suited up again, once again wielding his own diamond sword.
"We should get you some armor, too," Jesse decided as Olivia and Axel found their armor and started putting it on.
"Do you think they'd have any spares in here?" I wondered.
"Let's check over there," Jesse responded, pointing to some chests along the back wall with item frames that had chest plates in them dangling overhead.
I opened one of them to find a full suit of diamond armor.
"Sweet!" I grinned. "Full diamond! I'll take that. Though, I bet it's not as strong as your armor, with it being custom made and all."
I slipped on the diamond armor, striking a few poses with it on just for fun.
"Soren, you are amazing!" I exclaimed. "Thanks for helping us out."
"It was nothing, really," He assured me.
"You were able to communicate with those endermen and keep them off our case," I reminded him. "That was pretty awesome."
Soren smiled and didn't say anything in further protest of the compliment.
"Now, is everybody ready?" I glanced around the room at them.
Everyone nodded in response.
"Cool!" I smiled. "Then let's take the fight to Enderlord!"
"I couldn't agree more," Petra agreed, grinning wildly.
"Lead the way, Soren!" I exclaimed.
He paused for a moment.
"You do know where the throne room is, right?" I asked him.
He thought about it for a moment, then nodded. He headed back out the way we came, and beckoned for us to follow him. He led us back down the hallway we had entered from, then down the large central hallway we saw earlier. He gave the two endermen gaurding the door a nod, and they allowed us past. They didn't seem to notice that we had weapons, or if they did, they didn't seem to care. Perhaps they were all just as sick of Enderlord as we were. Maybe they wanted to go back to their peaceful ways.
"Playtime is over, Enderlord!" I proclaimed as we entered the throne room, drawing my blade. "Let us go!"
"I'll consider letting you go," He began. "On one condition. You give me your powers to teleport between dimensions."
"I'm sorry, I can't do that," I explained. "Again, that's not how it works, two, I can't be sure if I can trust you with stuff like that, three, after the crossovers, who knows what giving you that ability could cause-"
"Well, if you won't give them to me, I'll just have to take them from you," Enderlord decided, standing up and drawing an iron sword.
Jesse and the others drew their weapons as well, glaring at him, but they, along with Soren who was finally revealed, were quickly subdued by the guards. Enderlord made his way down the steps to his throne, locking eyes with me, which would normally be a bad thing, but he was already hostile anyways, so I didn't care. I wanted to show him I wasn't scared. I would do anything I had to do to protect the dimensions from him. Though, I didn't want to kill him if I didn't have to. Maybe I could get him down to like one or two hearts and reason with him? He charged at me, and I spun out of the way, slashing at him as he dashed past. He teleported back to get a running start again. I dodged again but this time he teleported away before I could hit him. I didn't see him anywhere in front of me as I scanned the throne room. Where had he gone? Endermen could teleport far, so he might not even be in this room anymore.
"Look-!" Was all Lukas managed to shout before an enderman covered his mouth.
I whipped around with lightning speed to see Enderlord looming over me. He slashed down at me, but I barely managed to block his blow before it hit me. I pushed him back with all my might, knocking his sword out of his hand and sending him sliding across the ground. I walked over to him and held my sword up to his neck threateningly, though I wasn't planning on finishing him off if I could avoid it. Before I could even open my mouth to speak, Enderlord teleported over to his sword. He picked it up and started charging at me again. He teleported behind me at the last minute. The only way I could tell now was his shadow looming over me. I whipped around and blocked him before he could strike, pushing him back again. However, before I could get off the next blow, he teleported away again. This time, he was nowhere in sight.
"Shoot!" I exclaimed. "Where did he go?"
"I don't know," Soren admitted, rushing up to my side. "But he doesn't seem to be around here anymore."
To my surprise, the endermen let all of my friends go without a fight.
"How-?" I started to ask.
"They don't like Enderlord," Soren explained. "They'd like to go back to their peaceful ways. But, they have to listen to him whenever he's around, otherwise they get locked up."
"Couldn't they just teleport out?" I asked Soren.
"Enderlord apparently made a special prison that tampers with their teleporting abilites," Soren sighed.
"That's awful!" I gasped. "We have to find him. To free the endermen, and for the rest of our sakes. He could come after us again at any moment if we leave him at large."
"Right," Petra agreed.
"But... how do we find him?" Olivia asked.
I hesitated for a moment before reaching into my pocket and pulling out my portal gun, which was now made of blocky textures to fit this world.
"With this," I explained. "This is a portal gun. It allows me to teleport between dimensions, or to specific characters or places in those dimensions."
"Is that what that Enderlord guy is after?" Petra asked.
"I'm afraid so," I nodded. "Using it is a bit risky, as it might alert him of our location as well, but it's the only way we even stand a chance at finding him now, and it's too dangerous for you guys and my people to just leave him and let him be somewhere out there still."
Everyone nodded in agreement.
"Alright..." I began, fiddling with the controls on my portal gun and going to add a new character. "Here we go... MCSM... there... and add characters.... Enderlord... and... bam!"
"Woah!" Soren gasped as I opened a portal in front of me to Enderlord's approximate location. "That's amazing!"
"You can gawk at it later, Soren," I began, shoving him forward ever so slightly. "Right now, we need to go through and track down Enderlord."
"Right," Soren nodded slowly, and he and the others followed me through the portal.
