Ava and Sebastian their 7th year
Anne's pov"He's just...standing there?" Willa asked as she wrapped her arms around me from behind and rested her chin on my shoulder. I immediately started to mindlessly rub my hand against hers. A anxiety cope I had developed a few years ago. Eleazar had been standing in Ro's small study. He had multiple books open and it seemed like maybe he had been reading all the books at once? "What happened with that girl?" She whispered.
"She betrayed him," I whispered.
"Like you said?"
"Like I said," I confirmed.
"There was a girl?" Sebastian asked in a whisper as he sipped something from a tea cup and looked to see what we were looking at.
"Apparently in our world Victor Rookwood had a daughter," I whispered to him.
Sebastian sided us, "that sounds like someone who would betray you.." he whispered.
"I know!" Willa whispered loudly.
"I can actually hear you!" Eleazar said with his back to us still.
"Sorry, El." Willa tried to not giggle as she hid her face in my hair.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Reading..." he said still trying to read what was in front him.
"Have you thought about.. asking for help?" I suggested.
"Don't need too,"
Willa and I looked at each other before we both rolled our eyes. "Uh-huh. How about ask that super powerful witch that's sulking in her room because you called French toast disgusting yesterday."
"It's not my fault French toast sucks," he mumbled quietly.
"I don't think that's why she's 'sulking'," Sebastian added.
"That's so weird, I thought you weren't our dad," el said looking over his shoulder, "why are you standing there?"
"You...you're in my house!" Sebastian stood up straight and crossed his arms as his cheeks turned red.
"Aww.. he likes us," Willa sang softly.
"No! I'm trying to be helpful so you guys can go home."
I smirked at Sebastian, "aw, he cares about us," I added into the teasing.
Sebastian glanced at me before rolling his eyes, "you look too much like my sister. She makes that exact face when she teases me."
"You are very.. tease-able. Your sister is alive? And Well?"
"Why wouldn't she be?" He asked, offended.
"Uh.. maybe cause she was dying when you were fifteen?" I matched his energy making Willa giggle.
