El's pov

"Are you going to be okay?" I eyed mum as she stood at the front gate of the La Fey mannor. The gates had long fallen off their hinges and vines and greenery had taken over the rest of the fence line.

"Uh... yeah..." she didn't sound that sure.

"We can do this. If you want." Anne patted her shoulder.

Mum shook her head, "I'm okay guys, it's just weird being back here." She took a deep breath as she took a step passed the broken gate. "I can sense her magic... she's here,"

Anne and I glanced at each other. I silently asked my sister if she'd be okay. Anne simply shrugged.

"Is she going to be okay?" Mr. Wood asked. Anne jumped, forgetting he had insisted on coming with us. "You guys seem worried,"

"Well, she just didn't get along with her family," Anne explained.

"That's an understatement. They were horrible to her. Except uncle Marc, and uncle Andre." I corrected Anne. "She wasn't even allowed to come here."

Mr. Wood looked at Mum as she walked ahead of us. I noted to myself that mum was anxiously playing with her wand as she looked around.

"She reminds me of Merlina," he said softly.

"Yeah, that's the whole thing with mirrors, they are so different and so similar at the same time." I looked him. Sara hurried after mum so that they were walking next to each other.

Mum looks at her and smiles as they speak to each other.

"Sara is another mirror?" Mr. Wood confirmed.

"Yes,"

"Are they all with..." he rolled his eyes, "Sebastian,"

Anne looked at him silently before laughing and walking after our mum. We walked after them slowly as I patted his shoulder. He side eyed me and I awkwardly removed my hand. "No, they don't all pick Sebastian. Merlina for example, Didn't."

"She almost did..." he mumbled.

"Op.... Well, she didn't and that's the part that matters," I smiled at him encouragingly.

He sighed, "you are a lot like how he was when we were kids,"

"Immature..."

"No," he smiled, "well... a tad, maybe. You just seem so genuinely happy. Despite you on your way to rescue kids and fight dark wizards..."

"I get it from my parents. That's kinda just how we are." I watched him try to not groan at the idea of Sebastian being brought up again. "Let's go see if your son is like me and got into trouble."

"Okay,"

Young Sebastian's pov

"Merlin... am I going to get in trouble for this?" I asked making both twins stop and look at me as the white wolf they just defeated dropped to the ground.

"You're really killing the mood, you know that?" Giselle  groaned.

"I'm sorry, I've never been to another world before!" I made sure the sorry sounded sarcastic making her roll her eyes.

"Not yet you haven't!" She yelled over me making Andre lean back a bit from her sudden volume.

"I want to save Ava, but I thought she'd be kidnapped in our world."

"I explained all of this to you twice!" Giselle yelled.

"I think you're just shy..." he said in a calm voice.
