3rd person pov

"Here's the update you requested on your sister's case. I made sure to enchant it so none of Grindelwald's cohorts could affect the information." Clara beamed as she put the folder on Marc's desk.

"Thank you," he smiled making her heart immediately started pounding.

"Are... are you worried about her?"

"I mean.. no. She's strong she'll be fine. I just have a weird feeling in my gut." He glanced at the file. "And no one has seen Eleazar?"

"Last some of your people saw him he had opened a door and hasn't been back."

"Okay. Am I a bad uncle for keeping tabs on him? He just keeps doing stupid stuff."

Clara opened her mouth to say something but at then she stopped and blinked a few times. "What?" She asked softly.

"I asked about... about.." marc stopped as he felt a tightness in his chest. He gripped his shirt as he looked around confused. The picture frames Ava had made him put on his desk of her family started to change as his memory did. Soon the frame was now empty after their bodies faded from the scene.

"Sir?" Clara asked now concerned.

Marc started to rush through his files as he started to slowly forget his nieces and nephews. He knew he had charmed more files from all the times Eleazar had gotten in trouble. Or every top marked essay Anne had shown him. Even the strange drawings and photos of bugs the twins had tried making him keep as toddlers.

Something very bad had happened. And it was causing him to forget his family.

"Marc what's wrong?" Clara asked again, forgetting all formality as she watched her boss in pain but trying to look for something.

"Something is wrong... something is wrong with Ava."

"Who?" Clara looked confused.

"Ava, you two talk to each other everytime she comes...." The memory of his started to leave again. It was slowly getting replaced with her passing when she was 15. "No! Fuck!"

"Marc!" Andre's voice appeared as he ran into his office. "Something happened. I can't find Annie Sallow suddenly. I can't find Eleazar or Anne Poppy. Sebastian is a mess. Something is wrong!" He started to mumble off in French towards the end of his sentence. "No one seems to remember me or Ava."

"Why do you look so young?" Marc asked his brother confused.

"Not you too!" Andre scratched his head in frustration, "our sister Ava is a very powerful witch. El was trying to keep young her alive when she was 15 and I think he failed because no one can remember her or the kids."

Marc looked at all the files on his desk. "The.. the kids?" He pointed at the folders.

Andre quickly looked through the files and smiled "yes! You're absolutely paranoid ass always charming everything! This!" He pointed to a picture of a woman with long white curly hair. She was smiling softly. "That's Ava! She's our middle sister. Remember?"

Marc scrunched his nose. Much like Ava did, Andre had thought to himself. "Kinda.."

"Just keep reading these files and we'll figure out how to help El and Anne Pops." Andre took a small breath of relief. "We have to trust they'll be able to do this... I'm going to go back in time and see if I can find them."

Anne's pov

I held my wand steady at Abigale as she stood with her hands up. "Anne just listen to me, please."
