Miranda woke up in a haze. Last night felt like a dream. But once she felt Ben's body weight on top of her, she smiled realizing it wasn't. She slightly shook him and he groaned

"Wake up Dr. Warren UCLA needs you" She tapped him

"I already scheduled a later flight" He mumbled into her neck "Do you have to work"

"I do not" She rubbed his back

"Don't start something" He groaned"I really need to sleep"

"Well can you at least let me up"

"You said you don't have to work, right. We're going to sleep in. I have an alarm set" He pulled the blankets up some more and settled back in to his slumber
Miranda just looked up at the ceiling. Things were moving fast with Benjamin. He basically told her last night he loved her. That terrified her because he didn't even really know her. How could he after 3 dates? Sure they call and text each other and he knows the small details but what about the serious stuff. She wondered about her son. Would Tuck like Ben? Would Ben like Tuck? Did she really know Ben? Is Benjamin even his real name. What if he was a con artist? What if she just had sex with a con artist?

"Your heart is racing, are you okay" He sat up

"Huh yeah fine" She stumbled over her words

"Hey you're worried about something. I'm your boyfriend now. And news flash I'm dating to marry so you have to let me in"

"You're dating to marry" She repeated in disbelief

"Didn't I say I didn't want to just be your friend" He laughed "what did you think I meant by that"

"I'm sorry Benjamin" She sighed

"You told me you can't melt for me. I made you melt. I made you fall in love"
She scoffed which made him cut his sentence short
"You alright"

"You said you were in love. I didn't. You said you were the one melting. Ben you can leave here later today and just be gone but I will still be here and then what"

"Okay. Like I said, I'm dating you to marry you. If you aren't in love with me just yet okay. You will be. And I will hate every second away from you. But we will make this work. SGMW doesn't seem to need anyone else in plastics but I could get a job at another hospital here. Go back to anesthesiology. We just gotta take it day by day baby" He smiled " you are worth it"

"Don't hurt me Benjamin Warren" She stared at him

"Cross my heart and hope to die, stick a needle in my eye" He kissed her cheek "you're stuck with me. You just don't know it yet"

"You may want to know more about my life before you say you're in this with me for life"

"Nah, I already made up my mind" He smirked and leaned in to kiss her but she moved her head

"I'm serious"

"Yeah, me too" He laughed "Miranda why is it so hard to believe I want you all of you. The good and the bad. Hell I'll go get a ring right now to prove it"

"Benjamin, No"

"I wasn't serious about the ring. It's been a week I get it" He laughed "I fell fast for you I know. I think you're falling for me too and that's scary for you. I don't know what else I can say to help ease that fear. But I will just keep showing you and showing you that I mean this" He pointed from himself to her

"Okay" She sighed "I'll trust you"

"Thank you" He kissed her "I need to get ready soon"

"Maybe in a few weeks I can come visit you"
