"Move" Callie ran through the halls pushing past anyone who got in her way. She was on a mission.

"Uh Torres why are you running" Derek asked her

"Have you seen Bailey or Arizona" She asked ignoring what he just said to her

"Neither of them why" He asked but she just ran off again.
She rushed through the halls trying to find either her wife or her dear friend. Why weren't the peds surgeons on the peds floor?

"Karev, where is Bailey or Arizona" She asked him once she saw him

"No clue"He shrugged

"Don't you peds people like keep tabs on each other" She sighed and ran away to continue her search. She ran into Richard.

"Torres you okay" He asked

"Who me, yeah I'm fine" She smiled "have you seen Bailey or Arizona"

"I have not" He shook his head "is everything okay"

"Yeah totally fine. See you sir" She walked away and once she was out of sight she started running again. She ran to their usual hiding spots and they weren't there. She tried calling them but they didn't answer. She even tried paging them but nothing. She ran to the OR Board. Why didn't she think for a minute that the peds surgeons were in surgery. She ran to the gallery of their surgery. Once she walked in the whole reason she was running around the hospital like a maniac was standing there.

"Ben" She tried to catch her breath

"Callie" He didn't take his eyes away from where he was staring. "Those two work in sync"

"What's the surgery" She asked

"Kid has a heart condition"He watched intensely "You running around trying to warn her I'm here"

"How'd you know"

"The way you ran in here. I could tell you had been running. Who's the cardio surgeon down there" He asked

"Uhh that would be Altman right there" Callie pointed

"There's no students in that OR. What kind of teaching hospital is this" He laughed

"Does the chief know you're in here"

"I won't tell if you won't"

"Does she know you're up here"

"They are in the zone. I was sitting down at first but just watching them is some kind of beautiful. I mean they're repairing that kid's heart and it's just" He stopped talking and just stared down into the OR

"What are you going to say to her"

"What can I say" He turned to look at Callie "I've explained myself. She didn't want to hear it"

"Your explanation was you flirted with the woman and because of the alcohol she kissed you. What kind of explanation is that"

"The truth" He sighed "I did not have romantic intentions with Melanie. I told Miranda I was dating to marry her. I meant that. I still mean it. I didn't mean to hurt her" Ben walked out of the gallery.

Once the surgery was over and the kid was okay. Everyone in the room finally took sighs of relief and looked up from the surgical field.

"We need to talk" Callie pressed the intercom button and walked away
She met up with Miranda and Arizona in the hallway.

"What's up" Arizona asked

"I didn't know you guys had a cardiac surgery today"

"It wasn't Robbins surgery. She insisted on scrubbing in" Miranda rolled her eyes
