"Ben, she is fine" Miranda rolled her eyes. They just left Dani's 2-month-old appointment and because she got her vaccines Ben was cradling her rather than carrying her in the seat.

"She got stuck with needles Miranda" He kissed his daughter's cheek

"And she barely even cried"

"Still they stuck my baby" He kissed Dani's forehead "That meanie doctor"

"Are you serious" She looked at him

"It's okay baby, we'll go home and watch tv and chill" He put her in her car seat "We have to take mommy to work first so she can do her boss ass surgeon thing"

"Ben, don't say that to a baby" She laughed getting in the car

"She needs to know her mommy is amazing" He laughed getting in the car
He drove to the hospital

"I'm on call so I may just sleep here tonight" She kissed him getting out

"Alright, we'll be at my place" He smiled
She walked into the hospital and changed into her scrubs. She walked up to the peds floor

"It was shots day. How is Dani" Arizona asked

"She's fine. Ben stayed with her today. He almost cried when he saw her getting her shots. Then he called her doctor a meanie"

"Shot day is hard for a parent" Arizona laughed

"It is just some needles" Miranda shook her head

"It was shot day, how's Dani" Callie walked up

"Really" Miranda looked at her

"Did she cry? Did Ben cry"

"Don't you have bones to go fix" she asked

"Bailey, where's your guy" Mark walked up "I don't teach people if I don't have to and Webber begged me to teach him. Then he begged Hunt to get him here. And now he's gone AWOL"

"He is home with our daughter"

"Leave is over" Mark stated "He didn't tell me he was staying home today. He's on the board"

"Mark, are you serious"

"I am serious. I have a surgery I want him to do. Get him here" He walked off

"Well, that was weird" Callie shrugged

"I'll call Ben" Miranda took her phone out. He was just as confused as her but got dressed and drove to the hospital. She met him in the lobby and took Dani from him.

"I will just hold on to her until you're done" She gave him a pat on the back

"Okay, love you" He ran off to get into scrubs and find Mark. Miranda walked back up to the peds floor

"Hey little lady" Arizona tickled Dani

"What are we going to do with you" Miranda sighed

"I'll sit with her" Arizona took her and sat down at the nurse's station "You go be the doctor I taught you to be"

"I'm naturally gifted" Miranda smiled. She checked her pager and saw she was being paged to the ER "Time to use my gifts" She walked off smiling. When she arrived she groaned seeing who she was being paged for. Lego Boy was back yet again.

"Ezekiel Powers, 7. His chief complaint is abdominal pain after swallowing rings" Lexie informed her

"Ezekiel, we have to stop meeting like this" She looked at him

"I told you the little jerk did this on purpose" The man standing next to Ezekiel's mom crossed his arms

"You're the jerk" Ezekiel yelled
