Hours later Ben was watching Miranda and Dani sleep. He made himself comfortable on the recliner by her bed. He tried to take a nap but he was afraid if he closed his eyes all this would disappear. He couldn't believe it. He was a dad.

"Hey" Callie tiptoed in

"They're sleeping" Ben pointed

"I just needed a little peek at her" Callie looked at Dani "She looks like a mini Bailey" She chuckled

"She has that same cute little nose and when she pouts she looks just like her mama" Ben laughed

"I'll come back when they're awake" Callie smiled and headed for the door

"Torres am I supposed to act like I didn't hear you come in" Miranda mumbled

"Uh yeah" Callie left

"Sorry about that. You can rest" Ben got up

"Why don't you ask for a blanket or get next to me" She looked at him

"No, I'm okay. Just watching over my family"

"She's real Ben. Can you believe it" Miranda looked at their sleeping baby

"I've been in shock for hours" He laughed
Dani started to stir and he picked her up. She opened her eyes and looked at him.

"You heard Daddy's voice huh" He rocked with her
"I can't wait to show you around the hospital when you get bigger. Mommy is a surgeon and so is Daddy. But if you don't want to be a surgeon that is okay. Because my Dani Bean is so amazing"

"Ben" Miranda chuckled

"What, I was just letting her know" He smiled

"She's a few hours old. I am sure her future career isn't on her mind"

"It's on mine" He laughed "And Daddy is so proud of you" He cooed at his daughter

"It's already begun" Chester walked in and laughed at Ben. "Now remember Ben, bonding with Mom is important right now too. So don't hog the baby" He laughed

"Look at that face. How could you not hog her" Ben kissed her cheek

"She's got her mother's nose" Chester nodded

"That's what I said" He laughed

"Now you have a fan club gathering. Are visitors okay" Chester asked "There's one person who told me to tell you that he wants to be the first person to hold her"

"Tuck" She laughed

He nodded "He was very convincing on why he should be first"

"Okay bring them in" She nodded
Ben handed Dani to Miranda and sat on the bed

"There they are" Callie led Tuck in

"Mommy" He smiled when he saw her "Dani"

"Yep here she is" Miranda smiled
Ben helped him get on the bed and Tuck looked at his sister. He nervously scooted closer. Miranda kissed his cheek and he relaxed some. She laid the baby in his lap and supported her head.

"I'm Tuck. I'm your big brother" He waved at the baby and she opened her eyes slightly

"She's looking at me" He smiled "Look, Auntie Callie"

"She got that Bailey stare down fresh out the womb" Callie laughed

"Yeah she does" Miranda laughed and handed Dani to Callie

"I'm going to be strict on maternity leave" Robbins smiled "I better not see you in this hospital"

"Not even to watch surgery" Miranda chuckled
