- Becky's POV -

Flashback

On our way back to Bangkok, I am more relaxed flying now than last time. But of course Freen politely asked me if I'm okay and if I want her to hold me to which I agreed. Holding her hand makes me feel safer and more comfortable and I wanted to clasp what she is offering to me.

"Sorry I didn't got you a Christmas gift, Bec." Freen suddenly told me while we're on the plane.

She got me startled, "What? Seriously Freen? This. This whole trip is your Christmas gift to me, don't you realized that? You're impossible." I replied to her chuckling.

"I mean a physical gift. I wasn't able to buy one." She replied.

I unbuckled my seatbelt and shifted on my seat to face her, I took her face using both of my hands and turned it to me. Now we are looking each other eye to eye and I almost melted when our eyes met.

"You know for someone who is so good at her job, but outside of it you're really stupid. You just gave me a wonderful gift, Freenky. You're the first person to ever did that to me and for that I'm really grateful. That's considered a gift, gifts can be in any form. Okay?" I sincerely told her as I gave her my genuine smile.

"Okay, Bec.. It's just that I hope you had something to keep with you." Freen replied and a cute smile is plastered on her face.

"The memory we made in this whole trip is a thing to keep Freenky. No one can take that away from me. Its the safest and the sweetest gift to ever give to someone. Okay?" I replied to her still holding her cute cheeks and I softly pinched them.

Her cheeks turned red, "O- Okay Bec.." She muttered to me. We're completely lost in each other's eyes for a moment before the flight stewardess saw me and told me to fasten my seatbelt..

It was the end of our Hokkaido trip and I really had fun. However, I get this uneasy feeling in my chest..

I don't want to part with Freen..

I have a plan on the 29th and that is to visit the orphanage where I came from. When I got my job as a secret agent, I allocated a portion of my salary every year for the kids there. I wanted to help them in the best way that I could.

Back when I was still there, we don't get much donations during Christmas season since there are plenty of orphanages around Bangkok so donations are divided. I don't remember the time when I got a Christmas present.

"Freenky?" I called her, a little uncertain to ask her what's on my mind. But I still did.

"Yeah?" Freen replied as she turned to me with her eyebrows raised.

"Umm.. Once we arrive in Thailand, will you uhh be busy? Do you have any plans?" I asked her as I stumble for words.

Freen thought for a moment then answered me, "Why Becky?"

"N-nothing.. Nevermind." I replied to her.

"I don't have anything to do tomorrow or the next day after tomorrow Bec. If that's what you're asking me." She replied as she searched my eyes for something.

"Then would you like to go with me? Only if you like." I asked her nervously.

"Sure." She simply replied.

"R-Really? Y-You're not gonna ask where?" I asked dumbfoundedly.

"What is there to ask? I already told you I'm free. Anywhere with you is fine, Bec." She responded as her eyes keeps on looking at me. Its soft.. So gentle..

"I will visit the orphanage where I came from."

"Really?! Then yes, definitely count me in! What do we need to buy then?" She suddenly blurted out and an excited grinned plastered on her face.
