Chapter 24 - Shattered Heart

Becky's POV

"Sir, can you please turn back and follow that car?" I politely asked the taxi driver.

I admit the my feelings got hurt after what happened a while ago in the amusement park, but I think Freen has a reason.

Or its my fault and I probably scared her away..

The night was supposed end in a nice way and its on me because I shouldn't have lead her on when she knows I already have 'someone'.

But I wasn't able to control my emotions.. I mean, who wouldn't anyway? Its Freen.. She's that 'someone' for me.

The desire to touch and kiss her is inevitable at this point.. I am willing to let go any walls and  boundaries that I have and I'm willing to get my heart broken over and over again just to have her back.. Whatever it takes..

Sam is still Freen and I love her. I have always love her and I miss everything we have before and that scene in the ferris wheel made me think that maybe I can try again.. We can try again.. That maybe that touch would help her remember.. Because that's one of our core memories together..

God! It only intensified the feelings I have for her the moment our lips touched. I miss her so much and I wanted more..

Because, what's stopping me? Her nosebleeds and head aches? Maybe she can endure it for a while? Only these two reasons, right?

I just wished that she knows that person is her!

Fuck! Its so messed up!

I buried my face on my hands and I'm really worried that she ran off and I will never see her again..

I'm not sure if this is the way to Freen's home but as we followed her car, there's a heavy traffic ahead and we almost lost sight of her car. She's driving fast and keeps on swerving.

I swear to God if ever she gets her memories back I'm going to punish her for driving like that!

What's wrong with you Freen?

We soon arrived near a building on fire. Freen parked her car on the side of the road and got out. She's wearing a black cap and hurriedly ran towards an alley and disappeared in the dark.

Wait, this was the burning building that was flashed in the news in the amusement park. Is this where Freen lives!? Shit.

I got out of the taxi and followed her. There are so many people and its so loud as the sirens of the police and fire department keeps on blaring on.

I was about to cross the line when two police officers stopped me.

"Miss, you can't cross this line and its too dangerous." Said one of the police officers standing inside the yellow line who stopped me.

"But.. My fiancé is in there!" I shouted at him because the noise is too loud.

Fiancé, yeah. She still is my fiancé.

"I'm sorry miss but you cannot go inside. Its too dangerous to cross this line. Let the fire department do their job. Please wait here. We are doing everything that we can." He replied to me.

Wait!? I can't fucking wait here!

I tried to look anywhere for Freen but she's nowhere to be found. I tried to sneak in as well but I got caught and was asked to go back.

My heart is pounding and I am so worried on what's happening with her. I also tried calling her phone but when I peaked inside her car its in there.
