Not so innocent anymore

Chapter seventeen~

Police sirens started coming near as the group of guys ran off, no. Please. I can't. I whisper close to Romeos ear "please don't leave me, I need you".

Police came up to me asking question as they pulled him into an ambulance. The police asked "who did this?" And they sketched a picture of features Of the guy that had Hurt him.

I went in the ambulance car with Romeo as we drove to the nearest hospital, I also called Romeos mom and dad about how's he's in the hospital and what happened. When we arrived I was in tears as they hurried him into the operating room.

There I waited for him I was waiting with his parents, I would break out and cry now and then. Romeos parents where crying as well, the doctor ran out saying calm as possible "he's ranking out of blood, we need donors fast" I ask "what's his blood type?" He says "A" I said "I'm a A and I'm pretty sure one of Romeos parents are the same blood type as him.

They said "okay but we have to run some tests" I nodded as they guided me and Romeos mom to a room as Romeos dad stayed.

They ran through test and they got the blood out of me, I'm super afraid of needles but this is for him. I love him.

They got two bags of blood from me and three from his mom. That's exactly what he needed. I felt very light headed afterwards but balanced later on. Same with his mom.

I been waiting outside for 2hours now, and the doctor finally came out and said "he needs to rest and eat soft food for a week, he'll be able to go home tonight. I smile came upon my face in a instant.

They switched him into a room and he was sound asleep, resting that's great. I forgot about Mason, he'll be here at any moment, i must call him.

Ring*

Ring*

Mason:"hello?"

Me:"meet at the house, we need to talk"

Mason:"alright I taking the taxi to the house"

Me:"alright, see you soon..."

I left a note for Romeo while Romeos mom dropped me off home.

As I arrived homes thank Romeos mom giving me a ride, I walked inside and I see Mason sitting on the couch.

I say besides him and explained everything. About how I met Romeo and how I got into ruble for getting drunk and why I did it cause dad left us and just depression, and how Romeo has been there for me. And how dad left with giving money to pay off the house. And how Romeo got stabbed today. And how mom is at the hospital.

The conversation with me in tears, mason patted m back. He was very angry with dad though. I told him "stay with mom for a couple days" he asks "who are you going to be with?" I said "Romeo, he's coming home tonight and he'll be here" he says "Juliet, I trust you not to do anything stupid" I nodded as he left to go to a car rental place two blocks away then went to mom.

Romeos P.O.V

I woke up its around 10:00pm and Juliet isn't here, where is she, have they got her?. I see mom and dad but that's it I ask in a worry some voice "where's Juliet?" My mom said "ere she left a note, and she told me you should stay over with her tonight, ill approve" I loo to the note and read it.

The note read.

Hey, Romeo I'm sorry I had to leave to talk to my brother, he needed to know everything that's been happening. So sorry I left, but I hope you come over tonight, I'm sorry I couldn't save you, I couldn't react. I love you.

She didn't have to say sorry, I hope she's alright. The doctor came in and said "you'll be able to head out in 30 minutes. I smiled and nodded.

Me and mom and dad headed home they dropped me off in front of Julie house. I woke toward it and she opened tackling me with a hug. I said "ouch, still fresh stitches!" She says "sorry, I just missed you so much" I replied "I missed you too babe". She let me in, we headed to the couch. She was quiet a bit too quiet...she isn't speak after she said I missed you. Something's wrong
