ESTHER'S FLOWER

Chapter 30

They say that good always triumphs over evil but the word evil would be an understatement when it comes to someone like Dahlia. This woman forsook her duties toward nature and tried to steal its sacred treasure to use for her own selfish desires.  She didn't stop there, she punished those whom she deemed traitors for example her sister Esther Mikaelson.

Esther suffered both psychological and physical trauma because of her sister. The blonde-haired woman had to suffer from losing her first child, unbeknownst to her Mikael, her dear husband, was attacked by her sister on his way home where he was then buried in the ground alive only given the chance to return to the surface to reproduce with his wife. 

The other times Esther and her children would be terrorized by the clay version of her husband who was created by her sister Dahlia as a form of punishment. The woman would be taken against her will every night and whipped during the day while pleading for her children.

When her third son Nikaus was born he realized right away that he was the only child that inherited her husband's werewolf genes. She knew she had to hide him because these werewolves were different from other werewolves and they were hunted down and killed by witches. This is because they were the only ones that could transform without the use of the moon and their bites could kill all supernaturals. 

From fake Mikael's perspective, Klaus was Esther's favorite child so he would torment him even more than his siblings, and with the aid of Dahlia, Klaus killed his mother but also trapped her on the other side to watch how the brunette witch ruined her family.

Thankfully with the aid of Raelynn, Esther's family was brought back together. She had her children, her husband, and now a new addition to the family. Sadly as much as Esther was to see her eldest child, the Mikaelsons didn't take kindly to her betrayal which resulted in the death and turning of the now Jeremy Mikaelson nee Gilbert.

Klaus watched her in his wolf form as he growled warning her not to take another step as he was debating whether to kill her or not.  The other Mikaelsons had the same thought as well except the Mikaelson parents. Raelynn then walked up to the witched and pressed her hand against the blonde's forehead mumbling a spell then taking a pocket knife and stabbing her in the chest.

"No magic for watching me get kidnapped and this is for causing my boyfriend to get killed," said Raelynn as she withdrew the now bloodied knife from her chest and blood splashed on her face.

 She then turned around only to come face to face with her beloved who didn't waste any time and grabbed her face bringing her in for a kiss. Her lips were soft, almost silken, and pillowy against his. It was a feeling he dearly missed during the time they were separated.  

Raelynn could feel the soft tickle of his breath beneath her nose, fingers carding through his hair as they breathed each other in.

"Alright enough," shouted Kol as he went to separate the duo but Jeremy only lifted Raelynn bridal style before running away with his newfound vampire speed.

Meanwhile, the once prideful Scooby doo gang was in disarray. Jeremy out of anger killed Damon Salvatore by pouring vervain in his mouth and ripping his heart out. Ironically this was the method he witnessed the elder Salvatore used to kill Mason Lockwood, Tyler Lockwood's werewolf uncle.

Stefan who had gotten free from his restraints tried to attack Jeremy for killing his older brother only for  Esther to immobilize him. The witch then placed her hand on his head and cast a spell on him that allowed the male to be trapped in a dream-like state reliving the horror and the painful feeling his victims felt when he was in his ripper binge over and over. 

Elena watched in horror as she cursed at the Mikaelsons and Jeremy while Caroline was kinda glad that Damon was dead as she had never forgiven him for what he did to her when she was human.
