Tenya had a frozen look seeing Izuku Midoriya at the other side of the table with his cane resting under his chin, next to him his pitbull lawyer, and finally there protection, Izuku's part-timer Bucky. As his brother wheeled him next to his mother,
Masaru: Well, not everyone is here; shall we begin?
Michi: Yes, what are your claims?
Masaru:simple slander since your client called mine a villain when he has been proven innocent. And I do hope you don't start with some idiotic notion that the public deems him a villain since public opinion has nothing to do with the law. To put it in simple words, we want money and a public apology for saying an outright lie.
Tenya:and apology? You want a public apology?!
Michi: Mr. Iida's, please...
Tenya slammed his fist on the table, looking at Izuku, who kept his neutral expression.
Tenya:no! He owes me an apology for freeing that bastard villain stain!!
Michi:Mr. Iida, as your lawyer, I'm telling you to keep quiet.
*Michi said in a harsh tone as Masaru grew a smirk.*
Masaru: With that tone, there's obvious hate for my client, which kind of throws out the "this wasn't planned" defense, don't you agree? Oh, the amount of money we want just increased to double.
Izuku:ejem if I may
*All eyes turned to Izuku, who looked at Tenya, his neutral, bored expression never changing.
Izuku: You want an apology? Fine I'm sorry I didn't let my father finish the job; I'm sorry I protected you; I'm sorry me and Shoto Todoroki had to sign a form to give credit to endeavor because you would've gone to jail for vigilantism; I'm so sorry you've had so much, you privileged little bitch.
*Izuku finished with a smirk as Masaru was trying not to laugh. Bucky coughed to hide his laughter. Masaru got up and looked at Michi and Tenya's mother, Hori Iida.
Masaru: I'll give you two minutes to decide the public apology and the money, or we can take this to court and give everything we have against you, like, for example, the video of your son calling Izuku Midoriya a villain that was world-wide. What do you think your chances will be of winning? You will lose and have to pay five times as much as we're asking since, honestly, we have bigger fish to fry, but if your little Mackerel wants to be eaten next to the big tuna we're fishing, go ahead.
Michi, give... give as a few moments, please.
Masaru, of course I'll leave the papers here so you can have a look at them. Our bodyguard shall stay behind for our own peace of mind.
*Izuku got up and walked away with Masaru. He walked slowly, making sure they all saw the cane and that he was not "faking" his injury.
Izuku: God, you really need to go to that fishing vacation you're always talking about.
Masaru: Who has time for that?
Izuku: Are you free Thursday? We could go. I'll invite my father and make a guy trip out of it. I'm sure NFY and Lucky will be out of the hospital by then.
Masaru: Hmm, that does sound nice. I'll get back to you on that. On other news, this is your final warning. Are you sure?
Izuku: Yes, for the Iida, I just want money, but Mirio? I want you to ruin everything he has and everything he loves i.want.it.gone
*Izuku said coldly, with venom coming out of his mouth with each and every word. Masaru nodded.
Masaru: Good, I already have one of my assistants in Greece.
