Tuva's POV
The hotel in Liverpool was to die for!
It didn't have a balcony like many of the other rooms we'd had through the tour, but there was a bathtub and the bathroom itself was in a different room than the toilet which was a godsend. It was seriously getting annoying to be interrupted mid shower because someone had to get something in the bathroom or shower too or something like that.
The carpet floor wasn't a dark red or blue color like most hotels, but a light grey. Normally i would've preferred the ones with patterns or funky colors, but with everything that was going to happen within this week it would be nice to return home to something a little more dull and neutral.
I flopped down on the king sized bed. Eurovision was seriously spoiling us. Just like the first hotel there was a flask of champaign waiting for us with a note and 2 empty glasses just waiting to be filled up with alcohol. Bojan and i were sharing the room so of course we had to share it, i was just waiting for Bojan to return from the store. He'd of course forgotten something again, this time it was his toothbrush.
Bojan and i sadly hadn't gotten the chance to talk yet. In a way it was nice because i could live in the delusion i created during the flight back to Ljubljana in which he was very much in love with me and longed to be with me.
It wasn't like we were actively avoiding each other or not speaking, we just never seemed to have 5 minutes alone. At least not 5 minutes with good timing. Since we arrived in Liverpool, the final destination of the tour, our group had been glued together like some toddler's kindergarten project. The inly time Bojan and i had alone was short lived, badly timed or when we were sleeping. With all of the things to attend to during the day we were constantly occupied. Our days would be fully booked and our hotel room was nothing but a sleeping chamber.
The more time passed the more tension there seemed to grow between Bojan and i.
And the last thing we needed was tension.
We didn't need the awkward silences, the neck scratches, the hands running through hair and we certainly didn't need questions about our romantic lives.
Though, a good thing did come out of coming to Liverpool - besides the people, the city, the music and the whole Eurovision experience in itself of course.
People no longer hyperfocused on Bojan's and I's relationship. To the public Bojan and i were together. To friends, coworkers and most of our fellow contestants we were just friends. Eurovision was quite literally just around the corner and finally people were focusing on that. And it was a goddamn relief!
I heard a knock on the door and prompted myself up on my elbows. I waited for the person to just open the door since i told the boys to just knock and walk into the room instead of waiting for permission. Then i remembered it could be anyone from our team or representatives.
"Come in!" I yelled. It was just Jan who opened the door. "Bitch, why you waiting for me to yell?" I asked him.
"I was just tryna be polite." Jan told me and closed the door behind him. "Uh, Dilja just told me everyone is going clubbin' tonight in the city. Jure, Kris and I are gonna go, do you wanna join?"
"What about Nace and Bojan?" I asked.
"Jure is asking Nace and Bojan is out so you're gonna ask him when he returns." Jan gave me the responsibility. "Wanna come or not?"
"I wasn't really planning on going out tonight..." I frowned. I don't think that was what he wanted to hear because Jan just tilted his head and placed his hands on his hips like an angry teacher.
