A Hero and his fish ~ Back at it again

Damaged at the Domain

Mipha had insisted they all come with her to the Domain to check on the citizens. Mipha had wandered off, and Link was stuck watching the kids. Link gave Coral enough rupees to buy three fish. Sadly she could not see, and bumped into another, older, male Zora.

"Oops! Sorry," Coral said.

"Stupid hybrid," he growled. Coral walked to Link, being scared from the rude Zora.

"It's okay," Link said, hugging Coral.

"I don't see why the princess would want to marry some random Hylian," the Zora said.

"I have better looks than you," Link said, "And I saved her life on many accounts. Oh, I also stopped Calamity Ganon."

"Big whoop, still a Hylian," the Zora said.

"Hey! He's my father! He saved you! Respect him!" Wave yelled.

"Stupid brat," the Zora, named Parana, growled, "Wanna pick a fight with me do you?"

"Listen, Parana, They're just kids, leave them alone. Do you want to punch me, you drunk idiot? Try!" Link said. Parana swung at him, hitting Link square in the face. The crowding Zora's gasped.

"Try again," Link said. Parana punched him five more times.

"Come on! Even a Chuchu could withstand that!" Link laughed, his face bruised.

Link ducked bellow the next swing, and grabbed Parana's arm, swinging him on the ground.

"Good job," Link said, outstretching his hand to lift him up. Instead Parana pulled Link down, and used his sharp Zora teeth to bite Link in the neck. Link screamed in pain, but cooled down soon after Parana stood up. Parana looked at the sword on Links back, the Master Sword, and decided to take it.

"No."

Link had grabbed Parana's arm.

"No one touches that," Link growled.

"Oh just die already," Parana said, and bit him several more times, leading to Link laying there, not breathing. Coral cried, Wave comforted her. Parana walked away, and muttered "Some husband," to Mipha, who came to see what the noise was.

"Oh Hylia," Mipha gasped and checked his pulse. Nothing. She turned and lead the kids to the house.

An hour had pasted since Link's death. Suddenly there was a nock on the door.

Wave opened it.

"Couldn't come back without fish pie," Link said.

"Mom! Coral! It's dad!" Wave shouted.

"Don't lie," Mipha said, teary eyed.

"Hello Honey!" Link greeted, "What's the problem? Did somebody die?"

"L-Link? Thank Hylia!" Mipha almost jumped into Link's arms. "B-But how?"

"Fairies are great things, always saving me," Link said. "This one was a little stow."

"I love you," Coral said.

"Yeah, I love you to. All of my family," Link said. "How's Trident?"
