Link was taking a morning stroll with Mipha.
"Lovely day, isn't it?" Mipha said, "You should play with Trident later."
"Sure," Link said, "I would love to do that."
"By the way, what does that new weird arm of yours do? I was so happy you had two arms that I forgot to ask," Mipha questioned. "It looks interesting."
"Well, I my sword up at the house, so this stick will have to do," Link explained, "You have a Bokoblin horn with you, correct?"
"Yes, in case Coral needs it," Mipha said, handing it over, "But what is it used for?"
"Watch," Link said, holding it in the palm of his had, then squeezing it, causing it to change into a strange spikey thing. "Then, I can fuse it with the stick to make a blade."
"Oh, interesting," Mipha said.
"And if I cut down the tree with it," he said, doing so, "I can drop the weapon, or anything, and put it on it."
"Hmmm, wonder how that works."
"And I can get out of places faster if there's a roof, I'll show it to you later," Link said.
Running came from behind them. Link's reflexes sensed danger, and having lost his only weapon, turned around. His arm followed, and that meant his fist, hitting the approaching figure in the gut.
Wave bent over and wheezed.
"Oh goddess, sorry Wave," Link said, rubbing the back of his head.
"It's alright, I'm fine," Wave said, in between breathes. Mipha glared at Link.
"Why do you keep hurting your children?" Mipha questioned. Link backed away, surprised at Mipha's anger. "Really, stop, or I'll do the same to you."
A scared look fell on Links face. He had never seen Mipha this angry, except after the fight with Calamity Ganon.
"Wave, distraction. Now!" Link whispered as Mipha walked closer to him.
"Stop hurting the little's!" Mipha said.
"Oh look Sidon!" Link said. Mipha turned her head to look. Link made a run for the water, jumping in.
"You forgot I'm Zora!" Mipha growled, following him. She could swim much faster, soon catching up.
"Yeah, you forgot I love you," Link said, hugging her. "And I can't hold my breath for very long."
"Oh really?" Mipha asked.
"Yes, and you're starting to pull me under," Link said worried.
"And I'm still Zoro, I can breath under it, and therefor, I can save you whenever" Mipha said, fully submerging them.
Link struggled to get out of Mipha's grip, and soon he felt something touch his lips. Mipha had kissed him, and upon doing so, Link remembered another function of Rauru's arm. He caused the air bubbles to push Mipha's mouth away, and go back into Link lungs as oxygen. Mipha grinned. This meant, that they could be under there all day.
Hello, I'm back after my Spring break, it was spent learning about the missions in Texas. (I like learning) I got to see my aunt after a long time, so that was a plus. I hope you enjoyed this chapter.
