Link was walking back to the house, when he heard a bush rustle. He saw who it was, but pretended not to notice. The person inside jumped, but Link was ready. His right hand reaching out and grabbing there arm and quickly snatching something from their hand.

"Mine," he said.

"No! It's my dads!" Trident shouted, a necklace he clearly intended to strangle him with. Link studied it, and put it over his neck.

"Listen, how am I going to prove it to you?" Link asked.

"Jump off Ploymus Mountain," Trident smirked.

"Do I get the Zora armor?"

"No."

"Bow and a single arrow of my choice?"

"Sure."

"Fine."

Link then proceeded to jump off the mountain, whip a bomb arrow out, disrupt the water, and live.

"Am I your father?" Link asked.

"No! If I had known you would do that, than I wouldn't let you!"

Link tossed a spear to him, and Trident caught it with ease.

"Good, that proves it."

"You can't catch one if it's thrown at you!"

"Oh really?"

Link then threw the spear, and used rewind so it would come back. He walked towards it.

"What are you doing?" Trident sputtered. Link caught it.

"Dunno. Just like how I parent."

"That's not fair! You used magic. I can't and neither can anyone else in our family."

"Silly little Zora, so does your mother. Silly little Zora, I can move at light speed. Silly little Zora, Mipha and Coral can heal wounds. Silly little Zora, Wave can move at light speed."

"Well I can do nothing of the sorts! Maybe I'm not your sun but the others are.," Trident smiled, thinking he knew the answer. "Funny large Hylian, I'm not special. Wait, no, that's not what I meant."

"Look, see what the necklace says turned around?"

"Link? Maybe it's a family link!"

"For Link Bay. Hmm. I'm Link, and I married your mother, and your name is on the front, and Mipha has never liked anyone but me, so, yeah, I'm your father."
