"RIGHT HERE, TONIGHT, WE WILL CHANGE HISTORY." Izana announced as all of Tenjiku were gathered at the pier. "Gathered here as guests for this event are Tokyo's top hoodlums."

A few delinquents were beaten as they sat in front of Izana. "Shinjuku's Speed Demons. Kichijoji's SS. Ikebukuro's ICBM. Ueno's Night Dust. And all the other hoodlums who are confident in their skills. How disappointing." Izana claimed as blood was on his knuckles. "You're considered the best now?"

"This guy Kurokawa Izana, he's a monster." A Speed Demons' member thought.

Izana stomps his foot on one of the delinquents head, pushing him back down on the ground.

"Crap! I wish I could run."

"Izana." Kakucho spoke up.

KAKUCHO.

"It's past 10 o'clock. Toman's not coming." Kakucho informed.

"I see." Izana simply said.

"We've absorbed their Fifth Division. I took care of Second Division's Mitsuya and Fourth Division's Smiley. We had to go back and make sure they could never recover..."

"You mean you had your men fight dirty." Mocchi corrected.

"Huh? What's wrong with using my men?" Shion questioned.

"Your damn men didn't do enough to finish Third Division." Mocchi responded.

"Then you handle it yourself!" Shion shot back. "All you can think to do is fight, you gorilla."

"Cut the crap!"

Mocchi sat down as he sighed while Shion clicked his tongue in irritation. Kakucho gave a few Tenjiku members a look.
