"Main shaadi karne liye ready hu."

I announced that Yug, my younger brother,was already choking on the food, Mom and Dad were looking at me shockingly.

Sridha, my younger sister, just walked to the dining table looking at the mom and dad.

"Are you sure? You don't need to agree if you don't want to and we know that right now your focus is solely on the company and there is no need to rush cuz till yesterday you were against this marriage."Dad said.

True, till yesterday I didn't want to marry Ruhanika but now there is a change in plan and I need her. Only she can help me.

"Haa bhai dad is right," Yug said.

"Kya ha,agar wo settle hone ki soch raha hai toh kya problem hai or kab tak aise hi akele rahega. I like Ruhanika, she is a nice girl and would be perfect for our Rudraksh."Mom said.
(What yes, if he is ready to settle then what's the issue and till when will he be alone?)

I know Maa is excited because Ruhanika is her friend's daughter and she wants me to marry her daughter.

I have also met Ruhanika quite a few times at the parties and she is pretty decent and quiet just like me. But she is not what she shows.

Maa immediately went to call Ruhanika's parents to talk about our wedding after finishing dinner.

I was in my room checking emails after dinner when Sridha knocked on my door.

"Congratulations bhai, today you gave all of us a shock," she chuckled.

"Thanks, and you tell me, how's college going? "

"It's going well and I have been wanting to ask you about college."

"I want to go to Delhi for an internship. Dad has given his permission but I thought I should ask you also before making any decision."

"Internship but why, I mean don't get me wrong it's good but weren't the internships starting next summer. "

"Yes, the internship will start next summer and I am going for orientation now."

"OK but be safe and come back soon."

"Thank you bhai and I love you, good night." She hugged me , then went to her room.

"Good night."I wished her.

The next month went in a blur with all the preparations for the wedding, it was decided that we would have a destination wedding in Jodhpur because it was Ruhanika's wish.

Now we are packing our stuff as we will be leaving for Jodhpur tomorrow, the rituals will be starting from tomorrow as all the preparations are almost done.

I was getting ready for the wedding, and at that time my phone made a sound indicating a message.

"All the preparations are done and we are ready."

As we reached Jodhpur, the palace was already decorated and the preparation for functions had already started.

All the relatives and guests had started arriving and by the evening the place was already crowded.

In the last couple of days, all the pre-ritual ceremonies were done and today was the wedding.

Ruhanika as always was quite, in her own world but still looking happy with her family members.

She is really like some mysterious person, very careful with her every move and what she says, to be honest she fits rights to what I am looking for in a woman.

Everyone is happy, enjoying the wedding but I don't know if there is some uneasiness that settled my heart . I hope everything went well.

I have met some of Ruhanika's cousins and they were quite nice but I must say that Ayaansh her distant relative impressed me a lot.

I have never seen someone as grumpy as him who is barely 17-18 years old. It seems like he was barely interested throughout the functions.

Today he went to the station to fetch his elder sister, what was her name again?

Haa Sanyuktha, who is also an intern at my Banglore branch company. How do I know all this about her?

Ayaansh told me while we were having a conversation and I must say we hit a vibe.

Next day, I saw him entering the lawn carrying a backpack, handbag and a trolly all alone with an I am so done face and a girl walking along with him all happily. She looks young and must be in her early twenties

She has medium-length wavy hair that reaches to her back. Not too thin, not too chubby, and looking very excited as she walked towards the guest house.

While her eyes were wandering, our eyes clashed and she stood still then again she started to walk when regained her composure.

I was confused but then again how do I know what happened?

I again started checking all the last-time preparations so that no problem would arise at the last moment and there has not been any function in our family that goes without any drama one thing I know for sure this wedding is going down in history and it is going to be a long wedding.
