As Y/N awoke, she saw that Vox had fallen asleep at the end of her bed, his head in his arms, he looked like he was in a very awkward position, Y/N smiled, gently tapping him, he quickly opens his eyes, grabbing her wrist again, speaking in a groggy morning voice, "why are you up this early?" he sighs, "its 10:00 in the morning?" she raises an eyebrow, pushing his head slightly with her free hand.

Y/N had successfully gotten him to leave, changing into a random outfit she found that Charlie gave her, she walks downstairs, slipping outside for a breath of fresh air, she sees Angel Dust, a demon who apparently worked for Vox's coworker, standing there as well, she waves, warranting a tired grunt from the spider demon. When she came inside next, Nifty was up and about, cleaning any dusty areas she can find, she only stopped to wave at Y/N once, then went back to dusting. Y/N sat at the bar area, ignoring the hungover Husk, who was grumbling to himself about how badly he wanted to leave.

Y/N heard the familiar buzzing noise that signified Alastor entering the room, and as if on cue, so did Vox, she sighs at the new found tension between the two, standing and walking to the freezer, she pulls out a Popsicle rolling her eyes at the glares being sent between Alastor and Vox. She had talked with Nifty about bugs, since she kept switching the subject to that, "sometimes i murder mama bugs in front of her babies as a warning." almost instantly after she said that Y/N left, going to her room. Vox followed soon after, sitting in the window seat, she sorts through the clothes, picking out certain clothing items that Vox did not need to see (her underwear, bras, etc.) and putting them in the top drawer of a dresser that Charlie had gotten her since 'there is a bug infestation' in her closet.

Y/N kept putting the clothes in the dresser, ignoring Vox's gaze entirely. The more irritated Vox got that she was ignoring him, the more she ignored him and deliberately kept sorting clothes, Vox eventually got up and made her look at him, "you're lucky i'm even acknowledging you, bitch" he growls, then releases her chin, she sighs, going back to sorting, which pisses him off more, and he drags her up, "stop sorting clothes for a minute and talk to me." he grumbles, pulling her to sit at the seat on the window, she sighs, sitting, "are you done being an ass?" she asks sarcastically, knowing the answer to that already.

Almost as soon as she asked that question, Vox grabbed her again, forcing her gaze onto him, "don't ever disrespect me like that again." he growls, glaring down at her, she glares back, "just because you saved me doesn't mean you get to treat me like that." She mutters, glaring up at him even more intense then before, He scoffs, his claws digging into the skin on her neck and chin, "fine." and with that he lets her go, she goes back to sorting her clothes, ignoring the fuming look she is getting from the TV man, although, as she looks up, she sees something.. else.. in his gaze, something she didn't know demons could feel.
