"Okay, you keep saying Myles has something to do with it. I don't get it." Paul stresses out to Tk who just finished updating everyone. Every word he said would fill him with more and more grief.

Tk and Carlos side-eye each other, which even Owen catches. "Myles and Ray called it quits in LA. It was a big argument."

Marj shrugs while scoffing. "Look, I'm not saying he didn't do it but all they did was break up. I've broken up with many people and not once have I been framed for kidnapping."

Carlos and Tk's bodies fill with guilt, it suffocates the room.

Owen looks between the two before tilting his head. "What?"

"Something happened a few weeks back and Raya asked me to pull Myles's file." Carlos spills out, looking at a concerned father and mother. "We were in the grocery store the night it happened—"

"What happened?" Owen posters, making Carlos look down.

He wants to keep his mouth shut but unfortunately, that's not an option right now. "Raya basically said that Myles had gone dark for a few seconds, grabbing her arm and forcing her-" He shuts his eyes. He should have shut it down. "Forcing her down on the bed."

Everyone's stomach turns including Carlos's. Gywn covers her hand with her mouth and a sob echoes out.

"Nothing happened, well that's what she said but that night she asked me to pull his file, and find out a little about his family."

Judd looks like he wants to kill someone. "Did you?"

Carlos nods and looks to Tk, his throat closing up. Tk nods over to him in sympathy. "It wasn't good, and I won't go into detail but obviously something was wrong. Carlos and I tried so hard. So hard to get her to leave but she insisted on staying. She said she would rather it be her than some other girl."

Owen straightens his back up. "I wanna see the file."

Carlos looks to Tk and Tk looks to his mother. "I can promise you, Dad, you don't and Carlos can't. Right now we focused on finding R—" Tk's throat starts to close up at his twin's name. "Raya."

Judd tears his eyes away from the group as a tear drips down.

Carlos nods his head to everyone. "We can't interfere with any police work, since technically I'm not on the case but they are allowing us to go in her apartment. "Tk, Owen and—"

"Excuse me" A small voice echoes out through the firehouse making all heads turn. Judd steps forward and looks around the corner. His eyes spot a clueless blonde girl with a small black purse hanging to her side. She's short but not childlike.

Judd looks back before walking to the girl. "Can I help you?"

Carlos and Marj are the next ones to step out behind the wall. Carlos's eyes fill with slight recognition but only from pictures.

The woman turns and looks at Judd. She had dark eye circles and her hands shook slightly. "I'm looking for a firefighter?"

Judd nods and takes a few more steps closer. At this point, almost the whole team is peaking around the corner. "Well you've come to the right place, but I'm sorry we're offline right now?"

"Offline?" She speaks.

Tk looks over the corner and sees the shiny blonde hair. It's one he could never forget.
