Hello all!!. I know you’re all curious about me…well you already know who I am right? but still, I’ll love to introduce myself anyway. Well, my name’s Meng Ziyi, I was born and raised in China. I have a single divorced dad whom I love so much but don’t tell him that because he isn’t the type who likes being told ‘I love you’re since my mom’s death. I’m actually an easy going person if I may say, I’m active and always loves positive vibes and giving them out.
I was fourteen years old when I got to know about Xiao Zhan. The poor chubby and cute guy was being bullied that I had to step in and since then we became best of friends and was also introduced to my dad. I forced him to go out with me to have some fun as he’s an indoor freak, I taught him some stuff which are related to playing while he in return improves my learning still as that dude is so freakin brilliant and handsomely talented.
It was our few months of friendship when he told me about his new friend and neighbor. I could laterally see how his eyes glowed while talking about this new neighbor of his that I could guess immediately that he already has a crush on him.
Yibo was introduced to me the next day who happened to be out of high school and was already in his first year of college at that time. We actually got along but I still couldn’t help but threatening him that if he ever hurt my zhanzhan, then he’s gonna face the wrath of the Mengs. I watched and saw how they both worked hard to be where they are today and I couldn’t be more proud of them right now. I was laterally glowing in happiness when I found out they were engaged and planning on getting married.
Oh before I forget to say, I actually started working in Zhan’s company as his personal assistant. Cool right?
Well, apparently some bitches whom are meant to be in the past refuses to remain there that they start causing nuisance. A senior who actually was liking Zhan at that time but was refused came up to him after our shopping for my outfit I’ll be using at Zhan's wedding. To be honest, I actually liked the senior back then even after knowing his feelings for my best friend. I actually was planning on confessing but it wasn’t possible as he traveled out of the country and him showing up suddenly was quite surprising. He actually was trying to win Zhan again but wasn’t successful as he’s still madly into Yibo ge.
But the saddest thing that happened was the lost of Yibo. It broke all of our hearts but though I was actually feeling strange as to how Mr Xiao was behaving. Like as if Yibo's death was a lie but after seeing a coffin being buried in front of my eyes, I couldn’t help but believe it. The only one who still refuses to was Zhan. I envy my bestie you know, you being able to love one even till death and after isn’t something that happens everyday.
He eventually got over him but not entirely though. If not crying every second means you getting over your love then I think he has.
The most striking thing was that I actually saw a Lan Wangji who looked exactly like Yibo ge and that I couldn’t help but giving him an opportunity to work at the Xiao's corp because he was actually searching for a job at that time. I met him when he was selling out some of his designs and that also motivated me as our company deals mainly on designs and stuff. He accepted it will a big smiley face that was so enchanting that I couldn’t help but wonder if the cold Yibo ge would look this handsome when smiling.
I and Zhan went out to meet a client and after we stepped into the company, we saw a lot of Zhan’s admirers taking pics and shouting sweet nothings to him. I’ve got used to this with time and even though Zhan already threatened them with their jobs for them to stop this madness but it was like telling a wave to stop moving which was impossible. At last, Zhan got over it and let them be which was also a good thing as I think maybe Zhan could actually find his love in one of these people but after meeting Wangji, I couldn’t stop the thought of bringing them together and the current situation even approved more of it.
I’ve help Zhan with interviews for a new assistant as I’m currently planning on travelling out of the country soon for my wedding but Zhan seemed to be quite insatiable. So, I decided that the next interview would be taken by him which he refused but I forced him to agree with it. Stepping out of Zhan’s office, I saw Wangji's curious eyes wondering around while heading to Zhan’s office which brought a smile to my face and then I walked up to him. He greeted and we exchanged some little talks and I led him to the door but didn’t get in and after wishing him a good luck, I left to do my business.
