17 years later...

"I don't want to argue with this."I said while preparing some food.

"But, mom!---" I glared at her and then I heard my son crying.

Kayden arrived at the kitchen carrying our son.

"What's going on here?" He asked.

I scoff.

"Asked your daughter for going against me." I said.

I heard her scoff that made me glare at her again.

"What is it honey?" Kayden asked her gently.

"Dad, I just wanted to go to our Senior Prom without wearing this freaking lenses." She said pointing it at me.

"Hey, Heather Avery! Your words young lady!" I shouted angrily.

"Sorry," She mouthed.

"Heather, you know that your mom does that to protect you, right? You're still young, honey." Kayden said while playing with our son.

"But---" "No more buts young lady." I said cutting her off.

She stormed out of the room while stomping her feet angrily.

I just shakes my head and signed.

"Is it wrong that I'm preventing her to meet her mate at this age? We both know that it can happen before she turns 18, right?" I said to Kayden.

He sighed and put our son to his high chair then came to me to hug me and kiss my head.

"You know what's best for our daughter and I trust you on that. And also I don't want to kill anyone, yet." He said.

We both chuckled. He started kissing my neck and it feels so good. This is the reason why we have a total of six kids now and one on the way, so make that seven.

We have three girls and four boys including the one in my tummy who keeps growing and growing everyday, of course.

Being a werewolf is different, normal humans goes through pregnancy for nine months, but us we only need four months until the baby is fully grown and deliver it and feel all the pain like a normal human.

And I don't think we're going to stop making baby. He's not gonna stop at seven, I know it, and I'm not going against it too. I love babies, I love my babies.

My daughter Sabrina she have a twins now both boys, while Ava has a son and twin girls, I'm a grandma and a mom now, I know. We all got married to our fated mates and it has been a journey for all of us.

We are all happy now, except for the fact that our kids are growing and they're started being stubborn, just like my first born, Heather.

I just wanted to protect her. I know very well how this world works, and there are some things that can still surprise us, and that's what I don't like.

We're going to have a family dinner tonight. Ava and Sab are both coming with their family.

We're doing this every week. It became our family thingy.

At night...

Kids are all playing around and being loud while Sab, Ava and I are at the kitchen table trying to settle everything.

"Kids." Ava.

"Yeah." Sab.

I laughed. They both looked at me. I just shakes my head.

"I already have six, and one more on the way, and I don't think we're gonna stop at having seven. While both of you have two and three kids and you're all complaining about it." Sabi ko sa kanilang dalawa.

Napayuko silang dalawa dahil sa sinabi ko.

Magsasalita na dapat sila nang biglang dumating si Heather.

"Mom, can I not join this dinner tonight?" Tanong niya.

"Hi, Heather!" Sab and Ava said.

"Hi, Aunties." She said.

"Is that even a question if you already know the answer?" Tanong ko pabalik nang tignan ko siya at agad siyang umalis.

"Aren't you a little hard on her?" Tanong sa'kin ni Sab.

"You're my daughter first and you know me very well." Sagot ko naman sa kaniya.

"Is she still insisting on taking off her lenses?" Tanong naman ni Ava.

"Yes." Sagot ko.

"You haven't taught her any magic, yet?" Tanong niya ulit. I shake my head.

"Mom, maybe you sho---"

"No. She's still young and still very fragile to handle that kind of thing. This is not the time. Not yet." Simpleng sagot ko at tinigilan na nila akong tanungin ng kung ano-ano.

The dinner started and we are all talking about stuffs, and of course about Ava's pack now and she's doing really well on ruling her people. I am so proud of her.

And then I saw something...

The second I knew I was gasping for air and then I immediately looked at Heather, but she's gone. She's not sitting beside her father, she's not there.

"Where's Heather?" I shouted nervously.

They all looked at me confused and worried.

"WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER?!"

Heather's POV

I'm not a kid anymore! Why is she keeps on treating me like a kid?!

I love my mom so much, don't get me wrong. But I do know who I am too and what's about to happen. I'm pretty smart you know.

But right now I don't understand her. I sighed.

Then there is some kind of a noise that startled me. I stood up.

"Who's there?" I asked.

I heard someone walking. I position myself ready to fight. My dad taught me a lot things on how to fight, so I can protect myself if needed. And I think I need it now.

"I said who is there?! Don't try to come over here or you will not gonna like it." I said trying not to show that I'm starting to freak out.

"Oh, don't worry. I don't think you can." The person said and it sounded like a guy.

"Oh, believe me I can! Who are you?!" I shouted.

He steps towards the light of the moon and our eyes met.

"Your mate, My Princess." He said.

WTF!

NO FREAKING WAY!
