How stupid they had to take a break in here. With all that had happened in the past hour, she guessed she couldn't expect anything different. It was quite annoying though. She absent-mindedly cracked her knuckles, sitting on one of the few benches around the academy. This place was a lot.. different, compared to Orchid academy. From the architecture to the people in it.
Skye searched the crowd in the hopes for someone she knew. Kai carried that same girl through the crowd, laughing and smiling with her. She looked away.
Her foot tapped on the floor, resting her head in her hands. Should she go and do something? Everyone else seemed to be doing so. Nothing particularly caught her eye as interesting. Sighing, she stood and stepped into the crowd. Walking around and doing nothing was better than sitting and doing nothing. Maybe she'd find something to do along the way."You know..." Aurelia looked over. "You;re looking a little skinny, eat something. It's good for you." It was hard to tell whether she was being genuine or not.
Confused, she glanced at the random fairy, then down at herself. Then she turned and walked off, not sparing a moment to respond. What a weirdo. Though, she wasn't exactly wrong. She just had a fast metabolism, always had.
It was peaceful in this place. Too peaceful. Friends from the other academy interacting and laughing with each other, enjoying the provided food together. Cracking jokes and having a good time. This wasn't a good sign. Calm before the storm. Her gaze darted around. Strangely enough, she saw Lucienne and Miyano no where. She knew that the latter had gone to be healed.. But where was the former?
Her instincts had been sharpened over the past years. Or maybe she was just paranoid. She couldn't tell the difference anymore. Rubbing her temples, she sighed. A headache was flaring. It would be a good idea to go and sit down again.. Nearby was a drink stand. Lowering her hands, she walked towards it, buying one of the waters they had. Maybe she was just dehydrated. Twisting off the cap, she took a few gulps, before closing it again.Almost an hour had passed. She felt so drained, and she wasn't even talking to people. Being in social situations really took it out of her. Man, she'd even take fighting monsters over this. At least she knew how to do that well. Talking to people, on the other hand.. Running a hand through her hair, she let out an exasperated breath.
