Tanjiro knocked on your front door, hearing a small 'Come in!' before opening it.
"How are you?" He smiles, looking at you running through the estate, carrying many things.
"I'm doing fine! How about you?" You yelled through the halls.
"I'm doing great!... What are you doing?" He asks, using a softer tone.
You put everything down on your wooden table, before sighing and looking up at him with a full on serious face.
"I'm... Going away from a while..." You told him.
"Why? Where are you-"
"I finally made a portal, a portal that travels through universes!" You exclaimed, a large smile all over your face.
"And I want to visit them, y'know? Find their graves, send my gratitude." You hummed, taking a cup of green tea.
"Soryy for cutting you off. I'm just excited. " You beamed at the thought of going back.
Tanjiro forgave you, since it was a small mistake.
"So... How long are you going?" Tanjiro asked, still trying to process this.
"I'm going for a week or two, I've already told Oyakata-sama about this, he agreed, luckily. Shinazugawa-san and Muichiro-kun are taking care of my patrols. " You said.
"How about the rest? Do they know?"
"Muichiro-kun knows, and you, mostly everyone knows, I'm just packing up and tidying the mansion since I'm going to be gone for a while." You hummed.
"When are you leaving?" He questioned, curiosity in his tone.
"Tomorrow, if I can... Hey... Are you crying?" You said, disbelief in your tone as you rushed to Tanjiro's side.
"I-I'm sorry it's just-"
"P-Please don't cry! I'm only going to be gone for a week or two! I'll come back! I promise!" You exclaimed, holding one of his hands in the two of yours.
"N-No! I meant... That I'm proud of you, Y/n."
"?"
"You're like a sister to me. And you doing whatever it takes to do something that you want just makes me so proud!"
"... Thanks, Tanjiro-kun. You're like a brother I never asked for." You smiled at him.
"Well, I wish you a safe trip, I'm going to start my rehabilitation training tomorrow." He exclaimed.
"My body's still weak, so I'm starting rehabilitation training again to be as strong as before!" He smiled.
"Take care then, Tanjiro nii-san." You smiled and pat his head.
"You too, Y/n nii-san." He said, patting your head in the same way you pat his.

"WAH!! Y/N-CHAN, DON'T GO!!" Zenitsu whined, holding your ankle as he laid on the floor crying crocodile tears.
"H-Hey! I'm only going for a week or two! I'm not leaving forever!" You reassured him, lifting him up and patting his shoulder.
"OI! YOU BETTER FIGHT ME WHEN YOU GET BACK! I'LL SHOW YOU HOW STRONG I WILL BECOME WHEN YOU'RE OVER THERE RELAXING!" Inosuke yelled, raising a fist into the air.
"Of course, of course." You sighed, before looking at the Butterfly Triplets, walking over and kneeling down to their level.
"Y/n-chan... Don't go..." They cried.
