"Stop! I have to concentrate!" I said to Drew. She was kissing me while I was watching the Spain vs Netherlands match. I couldn't help but laugh as she kept kissing me but she was distracting me.
"Do you want me to stop?" She said as if she knew I was going to no.
"Sorry but yes. I'm supporting the Netherlands so I need to watch the game."
"Fine!" Drew said as she got off of me and sat on the couch.
"Don't be upset. It's just that this game is important."
"I know it's fine, but is the only reason you support the Netherlands because you're friends with Victoria?"
"Yeah. I'm pretty much supporting her even though I think she's injured. I haven't asked her yet what's going on but I also support Viv too. She is also injured though so I'm just watching the game because they're Dutch."
I laughed knowing that I was watching the match even though they weren't even playing. But of course, I did feel bad for them that they weren't able to play. Injuries suck and if I could give them both my legs I would. Hopefully, without them, the team can still make it to the Olympics.
"Well, that's nice of you to do. Do you support the USA?" Drew asked.
"Well, I feel like I have to since I'm American but if I'm being honest I used to support them way more back then but recently I just haven't been excited to watch the games. I think it's part of the transition that's happening in the team so hopefully they'll get better. Players get old and new ones have to come in so having a connection with each other and building a new team takes time."
"Wow, I didn't know you were that into football."
Drew said blushing. She looked at me like I was flirting or something. I don't get how being into football is attractive. It's more like being a footballer is attractive.
"I've always watched it since I was and it's always been a big part of my family. I grew up loving the sport and still I love it."
Drew looked at me and could tell I felt genuine about football. She came close to me and kissed me. This time I didn't mind it.

Sadly Netherlands lost but they still had a chance to qualify for the Olympics. Their next game was going to be against Germany so it's not going to be easy but I believe they can do it. I FaceTimed Vic to see how she was doing and what happened to her leg.

"Hi!" Vic said. She looked really happy when she saw my face.
"Hey! How have you been over there?"
She made a face and I immediately knew she was upset because there was something wrong with her leg.
"I'm sorry you didn't get to play but I'm still cheering you on over here," I said trying to cheer her up.
"Thanks and the doctors said it's something minor so I'll be playing soon," Vic said smiling again.

Me and Vic continued to talk more and then I had to hang up because I was planning on going to the coffee shop to edit some photos. I haven't been getting paid much for my photos because I honestly haven't been traveling to games I should be going to. I've only been taking pictures at the Arsenal home matches so I'm going to start traveling more.

I was feeling different today and decided to dress up a little. I know I was just going to a cafe but something about wearing a good outfit in a cafe while doing work feels right. After getting dressed, feeding Benny, and letting Drew know where I was going I headed to the cafe with my laptop. I ordered my coffee and started working.

I noticed the girl who got my coffee order was the worker who told me the rumor about Vic dating someone a while ago. I think she remembers me because as I sat down to edit my pictures I could see her look at me every few minutes. I tried to ignore it but I could just feel her staring at me which made me uncomfortable.

"Is there something on me or something?" I asked her while she was standing behind the counter. She quickly looked away and then looked back.
"No sorry."
I then turned back to my laptop to continue editing but then she said, "I'm also sorry for that time I talked about Victoria. It was wrong of me to spread rumors about her."
She sounded genuine and I could tell she felt nervous telling me that because she was looking down and fidgeting with her fingers.
"It's okay. It happens. People are always going to talk to other people because that's just the kind of world we live in. I don't blame you."
What I said cheered her up and she continued to take other orders for customers coming in.

After working on the pictures for an hour I was finally done with the ones I wanted to post and send to other social media accounts I decided to talk to the girl.

"I never got your name after coming to this place for months," I asked getting her attention.
"Oh. Eve my name is Eve. And yours?" She asked as she was cleaning a cup.
"I'm Taylor."
"It's nice to officially meet you," she said then came to sit beside me. She looked at my closed laptop and asked, "What were you working on?"
"Oh, just pictures I was editing."
"You're a photographer?"
"Yes for sports. I mainly take pictures for Arsenal. That's how I met Vic."
"That makes sense now."
She took a sip of her coffee and then asked, "So you moved to England to take pictures for clubs?"
"Yeah I know that kind of sounds weird because photographers don't make a lot of money but I've always wanted to live."
"Hey I'm not judging," she said putting her hands in the air. "That's a pretty cool thing of you to do."
"Thanks. Do you just work in a coffee shop for a living?" I said now asking about her.
"Well, it's more of a part-time job. I'm going to school for nursing."
"That's cool. Are you enjoying it so far?" I asked curious.
"Yeah, I like it. I would hate to have a career that I didn't enjoy doing."
"Same here," I said. I was finished with my coffee and made an upset face that I drank it all.
"You want a refill? It's on me?"
"Really? That would be great. Thanks!" I said happily giving her my cup.

After Eve brought me more coffee we started to have conversations about what we wanted to achieve in life and the goals we have already achieved. She's a cool person that I had no idea would be that interesting and nice to talk to. It turns out she isn't someone who likes to spread rumors and talk bad about people.

"Uhm... you have some coffee on you," Eve said pointing above her lip as an example of where the coffee was.
"Did I get it?" I asked trying to lick it off with my tongue.
She started to laugh at me because I looked silly sticking my tongue out everywhere.
"Here let me get it."
Eve grabbed a napkin and got right in front of me slowly wiping the coffee off my face. I don't think she knew I was with someone if this was her way of flirting but before I had the chance to back away from her wiping my face I heard someone say, "What the fuck?"
I turned around and saw Drew standing with a serious and confused face in front of the coffee shop door. Shit.
