Melody Taylor
Melody groaned as she rubbed her temples. She was not a morning person, she sat up and threw the covers off of her body. She dragged her feet across her carpet into her bathroom.
Once she was done handling her business, she found herself a nice business suit. She felt her phone vibrate and glanced at it.
"Hello." She said grabbing her purse.
"What are you doing?" Chloe asked.
"On my way to work, what are you doing?" She asked.
"Nothing, so I got invited to this party and I want you to be my plus one." She said.
Melody raised her brow as she got into her car.
"I don't know Chloe, the parties you get invited to be...wild." She chuckled.
"I am a celebrity." Chloe chuckled.
"That you are." Melody said.
Chloe was a B-List Victoria Secret model. They met about five years ago, Melody was her attorney when she was accused of defamation. They've been close ever since, breaking Melodys number one rule never get close to a client but Chloe was different.
"Please, it's supposed to be chill." She begged.
"Chill and party cannot be in the same sentence." Melody laughed.
"It is its gala themed." Chloe said.
"What kind of party requires a gala theme?" Melody asked.
"A party that Steve McCurry is hosting." Chloe said.
Melody side eyed her phone before placing it to her ear.
"The photographer?" Melody asked.
"Yes, so are you coming?" Chloe asked.
"Hell yeah." She laughed.
"Great because it would be weird if I sent you the outfit and you didn't show." Chloe said.
"Chloe." Melody groaned.
"What? It's a cute gown, I have to go love you." She said quickly hanging up.
"She ain't even tell me when it was." Melody mumbled.
She shook her head and jammed to her music as she headed to her firm. Once she made it she was greeted by her assistant.
"Good morning." Melody smiled.
"Good morning Ms.Taylor." JongHo smiled.
"What's on my schedule?" She asked as he handed her a cup of coffee.
They began to walk to her office as he began reading off of her schedule.
"Also Mr.Daniels is in your office." JongHo said.
"I thought he wasn't schedule until 10?" She asked.
