Song Mingi

Mingi smiled as he rubbed Melody's feet. Through out the entire pregnancy he's been hand and foot whenever she needed.

"I am so ready to get this baby out of me." She sighed.

He chuckled and glanced at her.

"2 more months." He said pecking her ankle.

He continued rubbing her feet as they focused on the television. She was on leave from work and he couldn't be more happy.

He thought the two of them in one household would cause friction in their relationship, but it did nothing but bring them closer. He removed her foot from his lap before lying beside her.

"You ok?" She asked.

"Mhm." He nodded.

"I can't believe we're having a baby." She smiled.

Mingi chuckled placing his hands on her stomach. They heard a crash causing Melody to sit up.

"What was-"

"Shhh." He said.

Boom, another crash sent alarming waves through Mingi. He sat up and grabbed Melody's hand.

"Mingi, I'm scared." She said.

"Listen to me, call the police and hide in the closet." He said.

Mingi placed in the closet before grabbing a gun out of his safe.

"When did you get a gun?" She asked dialing 911.

"When all this shit started, stay put. I love you." He said.

"Mingi let's just wait for the police." She said.

Mingi shook his head as he heard footsteps. He pecked her forehead and quickly exited the closet. He took the safety off of the gun, he exited his bedroom cautiously.

He felt cold metal hit his head causing him to stop walking. He placed his hands up as another masked men stood in front of him. He snatched the gun out of his hand before aiming his weapon at him.

"All we want is the lawyer."

"Fuck you." He spat.

"We know she's here, so we can do this the easy way or the hard way."

"She isn't here, she's with a friend." He lied.

"Search the bedroom."

Mingi bit his lip before he quickly turned punching the man in the face. He tackled the one in front of him to the ground before he felt everything go black.

He heard faint screaming as his vision went in and out.

"Mel." He mumbled.

"MINGI!" She yelled.

He watched as the masked man placed a cloth over her mouth. Mingi tried his best to get up as she struggled to get out of his grasp.

"Sirens? We have to go."

"NO! LET HER GO!" Mingi yelled.

He grabbed ahold of the stair railing as he struggled to get up. As they carried her unconscious body, he made his way around the stairs before tripping over his own two feet falling down the stairs in the process causing everything to go black.

Melody Taylor

Melody gasped for air as she sat up, she rubbed her stomach and let out a breath. She looked around at the unfamiliar place and got out of the bed.
