"Melody." Mingi said running to her side.

"Mingi." She said.

He embraced her in a tight hug as Chloe and San began to wake up.

"Shh, I know." He said rubbing her back as she cried.

"W-what happened?" She asked.

"We will talk about that later, how are you feeling?" He asked.

Chloe stood up and embraced her in a hug.

"Mel...are you ok?" She asked.

"I'm ok." Melody mumbled.

She rubbed her temples as she laid back before she looked around.

"Where's MJ?" She asked.

Mingi looked at her and bit his lip nervously.

"We will give you guys space." Chloe said.

Melody watched as Chloe and San exited the room.

"Mingi." She said.

Mingi sat down and grabbed her hand, Melody looked at there hands before feeling her stomach tighten.

"Due to the stress causing your labor to break they had to perform a C-Section. The surgery went well...but-"

"But what?" She asked.

Mingi licked his lips and squeezed her hand.

"He was born 3 pounds and five ounces, he's in the ICU right now." Mingi said.

Melody closed her eyes and swallowed before glancing at Mingi.

"Can we see him?" She asked.

"Of course, let me get a wheel chair." He said standing.

She watched as he quickly ran out of the room leaving her alone. She winced as flashes of Jenny and Dominic flashed through her mind.

She took a few deep breaths before Mingi returned. He helped her out of the bed before they headed to the pediatric ward.

"He's right there." Mingi said pointing at the Window.

He grabbed her hand to help her stand. Melody felt her heart break, He was hooked up to so many machines.

"Hello, are you the parents of Mingi Junior?"

"Yes, is there any update?" Mingi asked.

"I am Nurse Pat, I'm in charge of Little MJ. We didn't think he was going to make through the night let alone an entire week...but he's pushing through. His organs are developing well, he's a miracle...you should be thankful. Doctor Smith said if he keeps this progress up he should be able to go home." She explained.

Melody let out a breath she didn't know she was holding.

"Thank you." Mingi said.

"He's going to be ok." Melody said.

Mingi grabbed her hand.

"He will." He pecked her forehead.

Melody dug her head into his chest and cried. They stayed there for an hour just watching their son chest go up and down before they went back to her room.
