Chapter Seven

Song Mingi

Mingi looked over a few photos before placing them down. He rubbed his temples and sighed as he couldn't get his mind off of Jenny. She was getting abused, he didn't know if he should feel bad or not care.

She was awful to him and broke his confidence. He shouldn't care, maybe it was the softy in him that he tries so hard to kill.

"Fuck her, it isn't your problem Mingi." He sighed.

He grabbed his phone and decided to give Melody a call, since their date he's grown fond of her. She wasn't as much as a bitch, she had her moments but it wasn't nothing his masculinity couldn't handle.

"Mingi what do you want?" She asked.

"Why do you always answer like that?"  He asked.

"Boy what the fuck do you want, I'm busy." She sighed.

"You hungry?" He asked.

The line grew silent confirming his suspicions.

"You at work?" He asked.

"Yes, with a client." She said.

He hung up on her and chuckled to himself, knowing she was probably pissed. He grabbed his keys before going to a nearby restaurant. He ordered them some food and scrolled on his phone as he waited.

"Well didn't expect you in a place like this. Mr.Photographer." 

Mingi looked up from his phone to see Dominic.

"Mr.Lawn mower man." He chuckled.

Dominic scuffed and folded his arms.

"I'm surprise Mel isn't with you." He said.

"She is, she's always in my heart." He smiled placing his hands on his heart.

Dominic scuffed.

"At least one of us can keep that bitch on a leash." He mumbled.

Mingi raised a brow at him and chuckled.

"What's funny?" Dominic asked.

"It wasn't about keeping her on a leash, you just wasn't man enough to handle a strong minded woman. A man who steals her a hard earned money, a man who wants a trophy on his arm instead of a partner. Isn't a man at all." He said.

Dominic clinched his jaw and before he could say anything Mingi grabbed his food and left. He made it to her law firm and walked in.

"Mingi she's in a meeting." Jongho said.

"Annnnnnd your point?" He asked raising a brow.

"My point is, you can't go in there." Jongho said folding his arms.

"It's a spider." Mingi said pointing behind him.

Jongho jumped and looked behind him giving Mingi a chance to sneak past him. He walked into her office and smiled.

"The king is here." He said.
