My Midnight Thoughts: Things I Have In Mind, People Don't Know

things I can't comprehend

Humans are manipulative, I know
They're as good as the devil, it hallucinates you
Things I knew, things I don't
But believe me, humans are inevitable

Times I knew life is hard, I strived
As I strived harder, I fall - that's normal
What I don't really understand was
"why is it when you're already down, some humans will add some pain you've already got"

The fight was all along, preparing to survive
The battle took long, I knew I might not make it alive
The more that I cross the open waters
The more that I might sink on my own journey

Achievements are temporary and so recognition
They only recognize you when you are good at something - I know that's common
However, in times of cyclones and hurricanes drastically blowing into the atmosphere
No one was there to save you, but yourself alone. - unless you have your loyal friend who never leaves you.

At times you engage in caring - for the sake of humanity
You gave your all to help those in needs
But why is it when you give your all, their satisfaction is not enough?
They'd say, "this would never fill my needs to get what I wished, I need more"

They dribble as they play their favorite games
Rebound things they'd say - they never meant it
Gaslights you from the whole scenery
Yes, these humans exist.

These are the things I don't understand among humans.
They are as skeptical as Mona Lisa's smile drawn by Vinci
You will never know if they're sincere or they're more like Pinocchio - who lies for their own sake
As you proceed thy life, you'll eventually meet these people - particularly those Pecksniffian.
