She Tries to move her Hands but those are also chained.

V looks to See J up the stairs.

J: Um because your arms are chained and you can't move th-
V launches herself at J only to be yanked back by the chain.

V calls Bush on the phone.
Bush: Hello, this is George, currently Robbing a Mafia building.

V: George, We got Trouble, N's Doing Much worse, J's Joined M, and They're planning on killing me too. I'm Bringing Thad over and we'll come up with a plan there.
