It had been almost two hours since Lilly had been arrested and her mother and sister were still unaware of the situation. She arrived home with her sister to find a note on the door, which read. "Dear the mother of Miss E Rose, we are sorry to inform your daughter has been arrested and she is being kept at the station overnight and being questioned in the morning." Emma dropped to her knees as she held her youngest daughter in her arms and let out tears. Just then Olivia from over the road walked over as she heard her cry, and she helped her up off the ground. "Love come sit with me and my daughter Shelly for a while," Said Olivia. "Thankyou" said Lillys mother. "You must be Emma" said Olivia as she led her across the road.

Inside the Godfrey house Emma sat on the chair next to Shelly as Olivia went to the kitchen to make a drink. "Do you want a tea or coffee?" asked Olivia. "Tea please with one sugar," said Emma. A few minutes later Olivia came into the front room and sat down on her armchair. Emma showed Olivia the letter. "This isn't right my daughter, is only fifteen years old, she's not a murder" said Emma. "I know, Lilly was with Roman all day yesterday," said Olivia.

Just then Roman entered the front room. Lillys little sister ran up to Roman like she was amazed out tall he was as this was the first time Lillys little sister met him. Roman couldn't help but pick her up and give her a cuddle. "Hello, you" as he tickled her under her chin "what's your name." asked Roman. "Her name is Daisy "replied Emma. Roman gave Daisy a kiss on the cheek and put her down noticing Lilly was nowhere to be seen. "Where's Lilly?" asked Roman.

The two women looked at each other and Shelly and Daisy were just sat on the sofa looking a story book. "Hello? Where is Lilly" he asked again. "Come sit down, darling" said Oliva as she looked at Emma. "No, I don't want to sit down, I want to know where my girlfriend is." Said Roman. "Girlfriend?" questioned Emma. "I haven't seen her since she came her and she must of came back to tell me, but I wasn't there." Roman looked at Olivia and Emma. "Where is she?" asked Roman again. Shelly began typing on her device as she felt uncomfortable with Roman's anger. Olivia was just about to show Roman the letter. "Lilly was arrested this afternoon" said Shelly's device. "Is this true?" questioned Roman as he looked at Emma. Oliva then gave Roman the letter. "Look" said Olivia. As Roman stanched the letter from Olivia's hands and began reading it after then storming out slamming the door behind him. He made his way to his car in fury.

Once again Roman turned the key to switch on the engine as he drove down the road with anger. Luckily every traffic light he met was green. He approached town and saw lots of people walking home from their nights out. His blood began to boil with frustration as some of the people were blocking the road. "Get out of the way!" he shouted as he beeped his horn. Moments later they crowd of finally disappeared as Roman began driving towards the police station. He arrived at the police station after find a safe place to park his car, because after all he liked his car a lot.

Meanwhile Lilly sat shaken, and cold in a police cell. It was very dark and dreary as the day light was limited and it was dark outside now anyway. Even in the daytime the cell remained dark as the window was tiny. Lilly couldn't even see to look out of the window as it was so high up and even if she wanted to look, she couldn't see properly as there was metal bars on the window. Lilly sat feeling uncomfortable as she wasn't sitting in her own clothes. When she had entered the station, she was forced to take of her clothes and made to put on this orange jumpsuit. She felt like her arms were bare because she also had to take off all her jewellery including the necklace, she was given by her mum for her 13th birthday. It seemed impossible to sleep as the bed was hard like nails and the toilet in the cell was making a constant dripping sound as if the water was rattling through the pipes every time someone used their own toilet.

It was around twelve o'clock at night when Roman arrived at the station. Roman approached the desk to find a male typing on his computer. "I'd like to make a statement" said Roman as the male continued to type in his computer. "Name?" said the male. "Roman Godfrey" the male looked up instantly recognising his name as it was given in a previous statement by one of Victora's friends. "Date of birth?" asked the male. "21st March 1996" said Roman. "Statement summary?" said the male. "What?" said Roman. "Oh, basically the reason for your statement?" said the male. "To give an alibi" said Roman. "Ok" said the male. "Right, that's you booked in for the morning, at ten o'clock" the male looked up as he noticed Roman looked at him with annoyance. "In the morning? Are you fucking serious?" as he raised his voice in sarcasm.

The sound of his voice echoed down the hall as it disturbed Lillys sleep. She stood out of bed as she stood besides the door with hear ear on the door. The rage down the hall continued. "You don't understand! You are keeping her locked up when she's fucking done nothing wrong!" yelled Roman as he slammed his hands on the desk. The male stood up from his chair. "If you do not leave, I'll have to call security." Said the male. Roman continued shouting and Lilly instantly recognised his voice. She thought to herself "So Roman really does care about me." Lilly tapped the door in hopes of attention to get a guard to open the door. "Roman!" she shouted as she continued the kick the door.

A female officer was sat near the male behind the desk as she grabbed his attention. "Cell 207" is having a melt down again we need to restrain her, before she hurts herself." Said the woman. "Ugh just take a seat Mr Godfrey." Said the male. Roman was now sat on a row of chairs wondering what was going on as the noises of Lilly grew louder. "Let me out," shouted Lilly.

It was now seen on the security cameras behind the desk they showed the cells, and the computer system alerted the male and the woman behind the desk. Displaying the footage of Lilly throwing herself against the door. Roman could hear the clattering sound. "What's that sound?" asked Roman. The male didn't pay any attention to him as he spoke down the monitor to cell 207. "Miss Rose if you continued to behave in this way, we will be forced to section you "he said. Roman overheard him speak down the monitor realising he was talking to Lilly, Roman walked back over to the desk as the woman was preparing a knockout drug. "Give me five minutes with her" he pleaded at the male and the woman looked at each other as the sound continued. "Can you calm her down?" asked the woman. "Yes "said Roman. "Ok, empty your pockets," said the man behind the desk. Roman emptied his pockets taking out his car keys, his pack of cigarettes, his phone and some chewing gum. The man then patted him down searching him. Roman was then led the way by the woman as the male stood behind the desk. "Lilly, I'm going to open the door, you need to calm down," said the woman. "Stand away from the door with your back facing the door hands up against the wall where I can see them. "Demanded the woman. The door was open, and Lilly was unaware of Roman standing in the cell behind her. Lilly thought She must be bringing some food in. "When I close the door, you may turn back around." Said the woman. As the door slammed shut and Lilly was amazing to see Roman standing in the cell with her. "Roman, you found me." She hugged him excitement when the man on the monitor shouted. "No contact." Roman looked at the state of the cell and the state of Lilly he was disappointed with the way she was being treated. "I'm going to get you out of here, but no one will see me until the morning." Explained Roman. "Five minutes up" said the man's voice on the monitor. The woman returned and tapped the cell door. "Stand against the wall again please Miss Rose" Lilly did as she was told as a tear began to fall down her face. The door opened to let Roman out and it then slammed again as Roman left the Cell.  He approached the desk and grabbed his belongings when the man started to talk to him. "I've just been on the phone. I can get someone to take your statement at 6:00am in the morning and that is now only 3 hours away. Is that better, Mr Godfrey." Roman looked at the clock realizing it was now 3:00 am in the morning. "I'll be back" said Roman as he left the station and then sat waiting in his car, falling asleep on the backseat.
