My Fears and Burdens

Sora:" HA!"
Lanz:" HWOO!"
Sena:" NGAHH!"

I clash against Lanz, my fist against his Shieldblade as Sena comes in swinging her Comet Mallet at me. I push Lanz away before dodging her attacks and counterattack as she blocks it with her hammers hilt before closing the distance and attacking me.

Sena:" Here it comes!"
Sora:" Bring it!"

Her hammer comes closer as I start reinforcing my body, my stomach, with Ether as it comes into contact. The damage was minimal and I can tell by the way her face looks she didn't expect that so I take advantage of her surprise by throwing a punch at her but Lanz comes in and blocks it.

Noah:" Pay closer attention to your area! There's more than one person you're fighting against!"
Mio:" You see an opportunity, you take it that's a no brainer! But during that opportunity, you have to also consider what can happen once it does!"
Sora:" Got it!"

Lanz kicks me away as Sena closes in on me again with Lanz right behind her. From the back, Noah and Mio give me instructions and advice as they both watch over the battle. Eunie and Taion on the other hand, are eating their portion of lunch they missed out on from before with irritated looks on their faces.

Eunie:" Hmm... The guy's already that good with fighting with Ether...? Must be great being that talented..."
Taion:" So much time spent on just even controlling it and he just gets it done like that...?"
Noah:" Come on, you two, stop acting like that. Be glad he's learning and it's thanks to you two that he did."
Eunie:" Yeah... You're right! It's thanks to us he's even able to do it!"
Taion:" I-I see! Yes, without us, he might've been unable to control it without our expertise!"
Noah:" That... Well, whatever makes you two happy I guess..."
Mio:" Although, he is learning fast, maybe a bit too fast... He's control is wanting but at the same time it's not, it's so weird."
Eunie:" Yeah, I know what you mean. It's like he's steadily building it up as he goes... Still does my head in he's doing this well while I had sparking-"
Sora:" WOAH!!!"
Noah:" What the- GET DOWN!!!"

From the side, I come flying through the air and crashed into the table, taking Eunie and Taion's food down with me. The reason for me flying through the air is revealed to be an Interlinked Lanz and Sena, triumphantly posing as I sit up from the ground and let out a groan from the sudden action.

Sora:" OW!!! What the hell?! I thought we weren't using Ouroboros!"
Lanz/Sena:" Nuh-uh, mate! YOU aren't allowed to use your Ouroboros!"
Lanz/Sena:" There were no rules saying WE weren't allowed to use it! We win!"
Sora:" That's bullshit! That doesn't count at all!"
Noah:" The rules were you're not allowed to use your Ouroboros in order for you yourself to get used to using Ether. So, technically, they won."
Sora:" What?! Mio, is that-"
Mio:" Yes."
Sora:" AUGH!!!"
Eunie:" Funny as it was he had his arse handed to him, OUR SNUFFIN FOOD IS WASTED, YOU JERKS!!!"
Taion:" And it was Colony Gamma's Veggie Leclatis..."
Mio:" Cheer up, Taion! I'm sure Manana can make you guys some more! Right, Manana?"
Manana:" Nope, all done!"
Taion:"...There is no Justice in this world..."
Eunie:" OUR SPARKIN' LUNCH IS RUINED CAUSE OF YOU TWO TIRKIN HEADS-"
Lanz/Sena:" Uh-oh, we gotta get outta here, Sena!"
Lanz/Sena:" Yep!"

They start running away as Eunie chases after them, funny as it is to see it. Mio was trying to console Taion as I let out a sigh and Noah walks to me and helps me back up to my feet.

Sora:" Ugh... My body feels like it's in pieces..."
Noah:" Were you just focusing on reinforcing one part of your body?"
Sora:" Yeah."
Taion:" In doing so...you are leaving other parts of your body...unprotected and is therefore...open to receive more damage than you would normally take..."
Sora:" Wow, you are really taking this food thing hard, huh?"
Noah:" Hehe... We'll figure something out Taion, promise."
Taion:" Thank you..."
Mio:" In any case, you're learning quickly and that's a good thing. You have amazing instincts and you're a natural in battle but my main worry is you're getting too strong too fast."
Sora:" You mean cause I don't have the experience and knowledge needed to back up that power, right?"
Mio:" Exactly."
Lanz/Sena:" Look, we said we were sorry!"
Eunie:" IM STILL HUNGRY!"
Sora:" Nah, you're hangry."
Eunie:" SORA YOU AINT CLEAR FROM THIS EITHER! THIS IS YOUR FAULT TOO!"
Sora:" What?! I'm a victim in circumstance!"
