I was shaken awake by Fitz, a smile on his face.

"We're almost in Paris." I slowly sat up, rubbing my eyes.

"Did you sleep?" I asked. He shrugged his shoulders.

"I tried but I don't usually sleep on planes or anything beside a mattress." He answered. "How'd you sleep?"

"Good thank you. How far away are we?"

"Only a few minutes until landing." I smoked and went to the bathroom to wash up. It was almost 7am but I was still very tired. I hadn't slept the full trip but it wasn't a lot of time. I washed my face and sat down next to Fitz.

"Do you want to have breakfast here or wait until we arrive there?" Fitz asked.

"Doesn't really matter to me." I answered, resting my head on his shoulder.

"Can you wait for a while?" I nodded my head. He interlaced our fingers together and we sat in a comfortable silence.

In about another 15 minutes or so, we heard a loud voice envelop the jet.

"And we are now starting to land, seatbelts on please." Fitz and I took different seats and strapped the seatbelt across our waists. You could feel the jet start to dip, and soon we were on the airplane roads. After a smooth landing we got out stuff and headed out the jet.

The airport was very different and you could see that their style of clothing was very different from the style everyone wore in the US. In the US you would see everyone wearing sweats, hoodies, or even pajamas while everyone in Paris was wearing fancy clothing, the ladies had a lot of jewelry and wore fancy scarves, expensive coats or dresses, blouses, skirts, or regular shirts. Many of the guys just wore simpler stuff with jeans, watches, sweaters, or shirts.

Fitz and I made our way through security until we made it out of the airport.

"We have a taxi on the way. So it shouldn't be too long." And soon the taxi pulled up.

"Bonjour, souhaitez-vous de l'aide avec vos sacs?" The man asked.

"Bonjour, et ce serait très apprécié, merci." Fitz answered. I was surprised when I heard him respond in French but I remember much earlier he had told me. I guess I had just forgotten.

After we put our luggage in the trunk we took seats in the back and the driver took his seat. He soon started to drive and we passed a lot of bakeries, parks, and tall buildings. Even though it was almost 8am, the places were still very crowded.

The driver pulled up at our hotel which already from the look of it looked very nice. The driver helped us get our luggage out and Fitz tipped him before we started to make our way inside the hotel.

It looked fancy, several chandeliers hung from the fueling, small lanterns, couches, a mini table that stood in the middle and a staircase behind the front desk.

We walked up to the lady who sat behind the desk, finding no line.

"Bonjour, je m'appelle Fitz Vacker. J'ai la suite." Fitz spoke.

"Voici votre carte d'accès, j'espère que vous trouverez votre visite à Paris agréable. Souhaitez-vous que quelqu'un récupère vos bagages?"

"Oui, merci." She handed a key card to us and two guys walked up to us and took our luggage. Fitz and I made our way up the stairs and took the elevator.

We made our way to our room which had turned out to be quite large. There was a large bed to our right and in the middle of the room was a small table with a vase of flowers and a champagne basket with other drinks as well. To the left was the bathroom and a chandelier hung from the ceiling.
