Epilogue

3 years later

I headed into the house, finding only peace and quiet inside. I closed the door behind me before heading upstairs finding Fitz returning folded clothes inside our drawers.

He looked up at me, smiling. He finished up quickly before he greeted me with a kiss.

"How was your day at work?" He asked, laying down beside me.

"Tiring but I missed you. How was your day?"

"Good, Kenny and I went on a walk, I did a bit of laundry, got a head start on cleaning and put him down for his nap about an hour ago, so he should be waking up any minute." I smile, kissing his cheek. Because we have a one year old son, Fitz and I take turns staying home with him and it seemed like Fitz was much better organized than me when I stayed home.

"How are you so well put together when you stay home? I'm such a mess." He laughed, wrapping his arms around me.

"I have a schedule." He answered.

"Really?"

"Yeah, you know how much of a neat freak I am, so I like to organize the day with a schedule." I'd call it stupid, but he looks much better than me when I stay home.

We stayed cuddled up on the bed until we heard a bit of crying from Kenny's room. I go to stand up and walk to his room, picking him up. His tears were quickly gone and he looked at me with a smile on his face. I headed back inside the bedroom, and Kenrick started to be entertained by my necklace.

"Did you miss mommy?" He giggled, nodding his head a tad. "I missed you too baby." I placed small kisses on his cheeks and Fitz placed kisses on mine.

"I hope you had a fun time with daddy today," I cooed, and Fitz smiled, kissing me.

"We definitely did," he answered, resting his head on my shoulder. I kissed his temple, playing with Kenny and soon I heard small soft snores coming from Fitz, while Kenny rested his head in the crook of my neck. I chuckle softly at the two, kissing Fitz's forehead and the top of Kenny's head.

I loved my family and it was hard to believe that this is what we'd end up as. My boss to my husband.

Hey guys!! Sorry it was so short! I really didn't know what to do for the epilogue and when I got an idea it was short but it was fine enough for the last chapter! THIS IS OFFICIALLY THE END OF BUSINESS PARTNERS! I'm actually so sad! I really enjoyed writing this book and with 33 chapters, we ended up with 4K reads!
