It was soon 12:30 and Nathan checked with Dante that he was going to be ready to leave in about 15minutes to meet up with Maxie and Lulu at Kelly's for lunch.
Nathan said "Dante hey are you ready to go its nearly time to meet the girls you have 15minutes then we will have to leave, we dont want to be late for them and we have to get across town"
Dante replied "Yeah im ready whenever you are im just typing up some documents while we arent too busy but it isn't really that important"
As Nathan and Dante walked up the path towards Kelly's they saw Maxie and Lulu just arriving too. Nathan and Dante each greeted their respective love giving them a quick kiss on the lips.
They went inside Kelly's and Maxie was the first to sit and choose a table for them all to sit at together.
Once they were all seated TJ came over to their table to give them a menu and asked if they wanted to order some drinks, Maxie and Lulu ordered an iced tea while Nathan and Dante both ordered a Dr Pepper. While TJ was getting their drinks the four of them chatted about what they were thinking about having to eat. Once they all ordered what they wanted to eat they started to catch up with each other about nathan and maxie's wedding plans and it was then Nathan decided it was the right time for him to ask Dante to be his best man.
Nathan said 'Hey Dante how would you like to stand up there with me when Maxie and i get married, will you be my best man?'
Dante was happy to be asked and said 'of course man it would be an honour to stand up there next to you and witness you and Maxie getting married, that means i get to organise a bachelor party right?'
Nathan said 'Yes of course, but nothing to wild-I do want to be able to turn up and get married to my beautiful fiancee'
Dante said 'Are you up for like a Vegas bachelor party?'
Nathan replied 'Maybe it depends if there's time before the wedding'
Dante said 'Well if there isnt time to go to vegas maybe we should have a vegas inspired casino night on the Haunted Star, Luke and Johnny used to have casino nights on the boat before'
Lulu said'Im sure there'll still be some stuff down on the boat somewhere i could dig it out for you guys for a casino night inspired bachelor party'.
Nathan said 'Thanks lulu'
