I shook Wade's hand as we ended our meeting. It's my last day here in Sydney and so far, I have been productive. Hilda noted everything down and I think we are ready to build the company when I get back in the Philippines.

Wade's venture capital is among the most successful here in Sydney, Australia. The company is about six years old and they already funded five local companies in the IPO stage. I met Wade at a convention and I started asking him about venture capitals since then.

"Honestly, it's about time. I thought you'd never leave your father's company."

I smiled at him as I pocketed my hands. "I don't want to waste any more time, Wade."

"I wish you luck. Just call me if you need anything."

I nodded and said my thanks. I looked at Hilda while we were walking out of the building. "Why don't you go around the city? Enjoy the rest of the day and tomorrow before we go back."

"Talaga, Sir?"

Inabot ko ang laptop bag nito na ilalagay ko muna sa hotel room ko. "Go. Just send me a proof of life later so Cath won't kill me."

She giggled like a teenager before she waved goodbye. I decided to drop by a cafe first to get a cup of my favourite coffee before heading to my hotel. I would have stayed outside and enjoyed the view of the Harbor Bridge and the Sydney Opera House but I kinda grew tired of it after looking at it for almost two weeks now.

I was the only one waiting for my coffee so I went and grabbed the cup on the counter when I felt someone tug my jacket.

"That's mine-" Her eyes widened as she took me in and my eyes widened too. Gone was the unicorn-coloured hair that crowned her head. It was replaced by a complete chocolate brown hair. She was even clad in a black dress which was far from her usual bright and antique prints.

I was the first to smile when I realised who am I looking at. "Why do I get the feeling that this has happened before?" She smiled and shook her head, her eyes crinkling in amusement. I opened my arms to give her a hug because I remembered how much she loved them. "Hey, what are you doing here?"

"I am working on my exhibit." She sipped on her cup slowly after I released her. "And I live here originally in Australia. What are you doing here?"

I finally got my cup and sipped my coffee as I guided her to a nearby table. "I am putting up my own company, Diosa. I left our company a few weeks ago. I met a friend here who can help me with the business. I am actually going home tomorrow." I squinted my eyes and twitched my lips. "Are you going back to Versailles soon?"

"I actually gave up my property there already, Enteng. Carrie wanted me to retain the membership after I told her I was coming back here."

"Are you...relocating here?"

"I lived here for most of my life, Enteng. I just got to Versailles because I wanted to be closer to my family. Turns out, they still don't want me so here I am. This is where I belong." Her eyes turned glassy and her once bright smile turned bleak. "I don't have any reason to stay in the Philippines now."

"Whatever happened to you and my twin? He just told me he fucked up and doesn't know how to talk to you."

"I really thought he was different, you know? I was so happy to finally belong to someone because that's how he made me feel. But I was...wrong. He's just like everyone else." She placed her hand on the table and leaned her head on it. "How about you? Why are you alone here? Where's the hot lawyer?"

I sighed and bashfully looked at her. "I fucked up too."

Her mouth dropped before shaking her head. "What is it with you two?"

"I used to think I'm not good enough for anybody. Especially her. When our father chose Enchong as his successor, all hell broke loose. I lost sight of the people that made me matter. I...lost her. She was the only one who believed in me, Diosa. She told me to go and put up this company. So I am. It's time I chase the things I love. The people I love."

Her eyes softened. "You love her."

I nodded proudly. "Every inch of that cold, smart-ass, beautiful, hot lawyer."

"I hope you grovel well."

"You do portraits...right?"

Diosa nodded. "I think I know what you're going to ask me but ask anyway."

I fished my phone out and showed her the drunk video of Hera.

"Oh, she's so adorable. Who knew she could be this carefree?"

"I know."

"Oh, Enteng. Don't let go of her please?"

"I intend to keep her this time."

She nodded and stood up. "Okay, I'll send you the portrait in a few days."

"I wish I could go to your exhibit but I really need to get back home."

Diosa waved her hand as we walked out of the cafe. "No worries. You can always go next time. Hopefully, you bring her with you."

I gave her one last hug before we parted ways. "Does my twin have a chance? If he'll grovel hard, may chance ba siya sa iyo?"

"I can't say. I was too hurt by what he said. I'm even surprised he'll chase after me. It's very unlike him to chase people around. Especially the ones he already threw out."

"I know. He is like that. Still, I hope you give him a chance. Make it difficult for him if you must. He is a dickhead just like me."

"You both deserve to be kicked in the ass."

I chuckled. "I know. I'll see you soon, hopefully with my twin too."

I watched her walk away and when she was out of my vision, I called my brother because who else would be his wingman?

"Hey, you're calling me which means you are alive."

"Of course. How are you, twinnie?"

"I just paused a very important meeting with the stakeholders thinking you're getting abducted and may need saving."

"I'm not abducted but you wouldn't believe who I just met here in Sydney."

"Surprise me."

"It's your Goddess, asshole. Now wrap up that meeting and get your ass here."

I hung up when he went silent for a few seconds. I hope he gets his shit together and get Diosa back just like I am getting Hera back as soon as I get home.
