Enchong and I looked at each other as we looked at the suitcases in front of us. We even gave the ladies our check-in luggage because theirs wasn't enough. We are going to spend the next four weeks in Switzerland to celebrate Christmas and New Year. Diosa and Hera were walking around the airport arm in arm while they left my twin and me to look over the luggage.

"I like that they go well together but I miss my girl." Sabi ni Enchong habang umiinom ng kape.

I nodded. "Me too even if she glares at me most of the time."

"Were you talking to her before she glared at you?"

"Yeah."

He nodded with a smile on his face. "Maybe that's why."

I looked at him with betrayal in my face. "I'm your blood relative, dickhead."

"So?"

I sulked in my seat. "Don't you upset Diosa at times? Her butler too?"

Enchong smirked at me. "My girl is an angel. She doesn't get mad. She's all warm and cuddles and smiles."

"We'll see about that." We waited for the ladies to come back before I confirmed what my twin just said. "Hey, Diosa..." I saw my twin glare at me as I looked at his to-be-girlfriend who was now looking at me expectantly. "Did you know my twin doesn't like tea?"

Her elegant eyebrows bunched up and she looked at my twin. "You told me you like tea..."

Enchong sighed and gave me a hard look before turning to her. "They're just so bland, baby. But you liked them so much."

She pouted her lips. "You should have told me."

"I'm not bothered to drink bland, leaf-tasting water if that's what you want, baby."

Diosa smiled at Enchong and leaned her head on his shoulder. "You're so sweet."

My jaw dropped as I watched them. Enchong smirked at me and flipped me.

I rolled my eyes and when I glanced at Hera, she was giving me a blank stare. "What are you trying to prove?"

"That Diosa knows how to get mad at him too."

"What did you say, Enteng?"

My twin and Diosa are now lost in their own world which works for me because he won't see how Hera is reprimanding me right now. "That you glare at me most of the time."

"Were you talking to me before I glared at you?"

I sighed and nodded.

I felt her finger on my chin as she pulled it up to meet her gaze. "Do you know why we're here?"

I looked at her unsure of what she wanted to hear even if I had something in my mind.

"Because this..." Her finger pointed between us. "...works. We are compatible this way, Enteng. Why do you think you're the only one I developed feelings for among the men who tried to date me? You got under my skin. You have this...charm...this charisma. You're the one who broke the walls I built around me. You make me laugh and smile effortlessly. I'm not a usual woman, Enteng. I glare at you sometimes when you're silly or you make me feel these butterflies in my stomach instead of blushing and laughing shyly."

I never actually asked her why she fell for me. What feelings did I evoke from her to make her feel that way towards me?

"Glaring at you doesn't make me love you any less, Enteng." She folded her hands on her lap. "I don't want to call it a love language because it's far from anything affectionate like hugging or kissing."

I tucked a few strands of her hair behind her ear. "I felt attracted to you even in your coldest and bitch-est phase, my love. Especially now that I learned that there's more to love in this sexy and feisty body."

She smiled at me before throwing a glance at the lovebirds in front of us. "You want to know what will make Diosa glare at Enchong?"

"I don't think she can-"

"Diosa, alam mo bang narinig ko si Enchong na binubully si Enteng." She accusingly looked at Enchong. "You should be ashamed of yourself."

Enchong's mouth dropped until Diosa swatted his arm and glared at him. "I told you not to do that!"

Hera and I snickered at him and we fist-bumped discreetly as he tried to talk to Diosa. It was my turn to flip him. Ah...I have truly found the perfect woman for me.

***

When we arrived in Switzerland, we left the big luggage in our respective houses before setting out to Zurich the next day. Enchong's house isn't far from mine so we'll just meet at his house tomorrow.

I watched Hera as she took in my house like I did when I brought her to my home in the Philippines. My house looks similar to the one back home but this one is twice as big and is equipped with more amenities for the cold weather like an in-house sauna and hot tub.

"Your house looks...bare. I mean, is it because you don't live here?"

I placed my arm on her shoulders. "I wanted you to decorate my home."

Her eyebrows are furrowed at me. "What do you mean? Since when did you..."

Her loss of words brought a smile to my lips. My smart girlfriend doesn't have anything to say. "I want my home to be yours, remember?"

"I don't want to take over your properties, Enteng."

"Hot-torney, you have taken over my life for a long time now. Besides, I'm not asking you to change my house now. When you decide to live with me eventually, you'll get tired of how this house looks like and you'll remodel it yourself. I'm just letting you know now that you can change anything in my house." I kissed her temple. "I should let you rest, baby. I'll show you to your room."

She nodded and followed me. I opened up the guest room across from mine. It has a queen-sized bed on the right side by the window and a sitting area on the other side. There's a connecting bathroom to it so she should worry about a shared bathroom.

"My room is across yours so just yell my name if you need anything."

I saw her bite her lip as she looked up at me. "Can we talk first, Enteng?"

I know I'm used to her seriousness but the look on her face clenched my stomach. I felt unsettled all of a sudden. I followed her to the bedroom. I settled on the bed instead of the couch while she remained standing in front of me.

"What do you want to talk about? Am I going overboard? Do you think we're going too fast? Are you uncomfortable?"

She chuckled and shook her head. "No, silly." Her hands cupped my face. "My mother loves you, you know while my father seems to like you more than he cares to admit. I...I think it's time, Enteng. You have proven that your intentions to me are genuine. Napatunayan mo sa akin kung ano iyung mga bagay na magpaparamdam sa akin kung ano ako sa buhay mo at kung gaano ako kahalaga. Lagi mong sinasabi sa akin kung gaano mo ako kamahal. I want it official. Let's start dating again."

My hand reached up to cup her face. "Have you forgiven me truly?"

"I may have forgiven you already from the moment you knelt before me when you came to our house to talk to me. The succeeding days were just to make you prove how genuine your intentions were to me, my friends, and my family."

I caught both of her chilly hands and brought them to my lips. "You've made me the happiest man, Hera. I will make sure the chance you gave me isn't wasted."

I saw her eyes twinkle before I pulled her in for a big and tight embrace.
