Y/n's P.O.V
I peacefully slept on my futon, without a care in the world, until a rumbling shook everything, causing me to fall flat on my face.

"What?  Earthquake!  Oh, no-o-o-o. All my pwecious pwossessions. Huh? 9:01. I'm late for work!" MK rapidly attempted to get ready.

I groaned, standing up. "You're late for work, I'm a chef, chefs have to be there early to prepare food, just think what's Pigsy gonna do to me."

"My staff, my staff, where's my staff? Staff? Pigsy's gonna kill me! Okay. Socks. Jacket. Bandana." MK ran all over the room.

I saw MK's bandanna in front of me, so I picked it up.

"MK!" I grabbed him by his shoulders. "Calm down, breath. Even if you're late, Pigsy isn't going to fire you. He cares about you too much to do it."

MK breathes in and out.

"Feeling better?" I asked him.

"Yes." He said a little more calmly.

"Good, now here's your bandanna." I gave him the bandanna. "Now we can go."

After that whole morning fiasco, and getting MK to calm down, we went downstairs to Pigsy's Noodles.

"And I'm here. Pigsy! I'm so sorry we're  late. We overslept, and I guess I didn't set an alarm?  Honestly, I don't even remember going to bed. And the earthquake, and-and-and-- please don't fire me." MK begs on the knees.

I facepalmed.

So much for calming him down.

"And please don't fire me either." I added in.

"Fire you? Ha! Why would I fire you?" Pigsy smiles at us.

"Oh no, it's this episode." I mumbled quietly.

"Uh, well, last time you said, "If you are one minute late ever again, you are fired." MK imitated Pigsy.

"I said that?" Pigsy says.

"That doesn't sound like my best friend Pigsy." Tang smiles as well.

"Uh--."

Pigsy and Tang laugh together as the world shakes once again.

"It's happening again!" MK panics.

"Again? What are you talking about, MK?" Pigsy asks him.

"Did you not feel that?" I raised a brow.

"Feel what?" Pigsy asked.

"I think MK and Y/n got a real case of the Mondays, hmm?" Tang looks at Pigsy.

"Hmm, maybe it's an inner ear thing? Oh, the staff. Yep. Uh, must be in there real good." MK attempted to summon the staff but failed.

Yep, now I know that it's definitely the Calabash episode.

Pigsy laughs. "Your staff ain't in your ear, kid."

"Oh. That's a relief. Wait, where is it?" MK asks.

"On top of the mountain, sealing away the Demon Bull King and his entire family." Tang told him.

"Uhh, say what now?" MK looks confused.

"I wanna go back to bed." I grumbled.

"You do remember, right?" Tang sighs. "I keep saying you work them too hard."

"That's it. You two are taking the day off together." Pigsy pointed at us.

"Welp, I'm going back to bed, see you later, MK." I went to go back upstairs, but MK already grabbed my arm and bolted out the door.
