Lady Bone Demon laughed maniacally, having Monkey King under her control. "Admittedly, this is an unforeseen adjustment, but a fortunate moment of spontaneity nonetheless. Fate has delivered me the perfect champion."

"But he was winning. He was beating you." MK frowned.

"Oh, sweet child. Perhaps now you finally understand how pointless your efforts to stop me truly are. The Samadhi Fire will be mine, and I will use its power to reforge this world." Lady Bone Demon said before she turned to the possessed Monkey King. "Go."

"You two, get back!" Nezha shouts, pushing us back as Monkey King slams him into the ground.

I put up a shield as Monkey King came at us, ready to punch us.

"We need to go." I grunted as me and MK stumbled back.

A shadow portal opened beneath us, pulling us through.

"Wait." MK said as we fell through.

On the other side of the shadow portal, we landed in what seemed to be a jungle.

MK screams as he falls into a pile of mud. "What? Where are we?"

So glad I didn't land in the mud.

"Thank you, Macaque." I dusted my clothes off, coughing.

A frog landed on MK's head, then a dragon's roar was heard in the distance.

"Mei? Mei!" MK saw Mei's dragon form in the distance. "Y/n, come on!"

I followed behind MK, making sure to stay clear of the mud so I don't end up getting fried like MK's about to be.

As we made our way to the temple in the mountains where Redson was training Mei, MK was covered in mud from head to toe.

Pushing through the bushes, Redosn appeared, preparing to attack us but stopped.

Redson sighed. "For the love of-- I thought you were--."

"A mud monster." Mei shouted, shooting fire at MK.

"What, no, you imbecile. It's just--." Redson tried to stop her, but it was already too late.

Mei already shot fire at MK, solidifying the mud in MK.

MK broke through the mud, hugging Mei. "Mei? Mei! You're okay. You're not on fire. What happened?"

"Yep, yep, I'm okay. I'm okay, really. Actually, it's all thanks to Red Boy." Mei gestured to Redson. "If it wasn't for Y/n telling Redson to help me, I would've burnt to a crisp."

"Wha...? She did?" MK turns toward me with a sorry look.

"Oh, yeah, he's been teachering me how to control my powers real good, and he's been super relaxed and chill about it this whole time. If it wasn't him, I'd probably would have burned up the whole world with Samadhi Fire by now." Mei explained.

MK shook his head. "Wait, that's right. The Lady Bone Demon, she's after the Samadhi Fire."

"What? And you came here?" Redson freaks out and yells.

Without even speaking his name, possessed Monkey King appeared in a flash, wearing cold blue and gold armor, a fearsome aura surrounding him.

"Monkey King?" Mei stares at him.

"It's not him anymore." I glared at Monkey King, blood runningfrom my mouth. "It's just like when the Lady Bone Demon possessed DBK."

"Just like she did with my father when we used that magic key to release her from her prison." Redson clenched his fists.
