Out of the scroll, we found ourselves in a new area.

"What?" MK looks around and at us. "Monkey King? Where are we?" MK looked at Azure. "Azure? Where's Monkey King?"

Azure Lion stood a few feet away from us, gripping the scroll in his hand, his eyes glowing ominously.

"Explain yourself, Azure!" Mei growled, holding her newly modeled sword.

"What are you--?" MK tries to say.

"It's just like Y/n said. Azure's been lying to us, MK." Tang told him.

"Yeah, and I wished I said more sooner." I summoned my gauntlets, pounding them against each other.

"Um, maybe we should give Mr. Lion a chance to explain." Samdy said nervously.

"There's nothing to explain, Mei and Tang already saw it. In this very spot, he was plotting to take Monkey King down, so he could trap him in the scroll, and what he was planning will destroy the universe." I summoned my wings on my back, preparing to pounce.

Azure Lion looked at me before he looked away. "Hmm."

"See?! He's basically admitting it! And to think I modeled my brand new sword after yours! Gross!" Mei gags.

"It wasn't my intention to deceive you, but I knew you wouldn't understand. Sometimes it's easier to ask for forgiveness, not permission." Azure looked at all of us.

I growled. "I should've kicked your butt back to the Underworld the moment you showed up!"

"Not without me you're not." Mei said, joining me as we both charged at Azure.

Right as we were about to hit him, Azure stepped away, unleashing a valley of ink from the scroll.

We were about the strike, but a bird demon rose out of the ink with a pair of solid gold wings on their back.

"Greetings, little girl." They grabbed Mei, throwing her off balance, and slammed her into a pillar.

I rolled my eyes. "Great, KFP is here."

"Hey, bird brain!" I shouted at Peng. "You're not the only one with wings here!"

I flew at them fast, only for them to grab my arm and throw me to the ground.

"Try better than that, little dove." Peng smirks.

"I'll do you--." I stopped mid-scentence, hearing a crackling noise.

I looked down at my left gauntlet, seeing the gem in it broken and cracked.

"No." I looked at my wings which were already fazing in and out of existence.

"You're gonna pay for that, and I mean that both ways." I snapped.

I attempted to attack Peng again by swooping in from above, struggling to keep my wings from disappearing, but Peng slashed their ji at my undamaged gauntlet, shattering the gem in that one, causing my wings to fully disappear.

"Ah..." I screamed, but Sandy caught me. "Thanks, Sandy." I said as he put me down.

"Y/n! Mei!" MK shouts

"Hold on." Azure tries to speak.

"Y/n! Mei!" Tang shouted.

The rest of the group leaped at them, but Sandy pushed Pigsy and Tang to the side at the sight of another weapon.

Pigsy crashed to the ground while Sandy tried to defeat the new demon that came out of the scroll, which was none other than Yellowtusk, but he was defeated.
